I like this tea. It cleanses my colon quite well. I recommend using it once a month or as needed, but not on a daily basis.

I love this I’ve been drinking it for years, it’s my go to every time I travel. Best time to drink it is at night before you go to bed. Don’t eat anything after it. Might are you up early to use the bathroom but it’s seriously the best

This "tea" that has no actual tea in it is marketed as a snake oil miracle cure. I don't buy that for a minute. But it does do some good things that make it worth drinking. Whether or not it's worth the price is questionable. I go back and forth on the answer to that part. I do keep buying it, though, so I guess that's the answer.

You don't drink this for the taste, that for sure! But, it is the only product I have been able to find that keeps me "regular" in a very comfortable and natural way. I have this tea before bed 2-4 days a week....Love it

If you want to "cleanse" your system (i.e. take a dump because you're stopped up), this is you're remedy. Make sure you follow the instructions explicitly. If you steep the tea for too long, or if you make the mistake that I did, ans squeeze the bag to get all the liquid out after steeping, you may be in trouble. But, if you only steep it for 5-7 minutes, it will do it's job the next day without any cramps or discomfort. The first time I used this product, I has a friend give me some. I had no idea what it was for. I just though it was a healthy herbal tea. The next day however, i had an exceptional day regarding #2. When I asked my friend she informed me it was a detox tea with a mild laxative in it. My wife gets travelers constipation, and she ALWAYS brings 3 or 4 bags when we vacation. Works EVERY TIME! Highly recommend.
