Q: does this have two screw holes in the base that allow it to be connected to a tower mount?

yes its has two holes in base to mount to most tower light pads. I have mount this light on a 2005 Malibu Wakesetter LSV, a 2007 Supra and a 2014 Super Air Nautique 21. It is a very bright light visible for 2 miles or more and it is reflected so there is no glare in boat to driver or passengers. It also has a 10 year warranty. Not many of them on water yet being they are a fairly new product so it gives the boat a distant appearance from a distance giving the boat a unique look and making the boat easy for friends to spot you from a distance on the water if they are looking for you.
