Absolutely delicious and refreshing compared to carbonated beverages. However, I couldn’t understand why my heart was racing and I felt jittery after consuming these. Then I read the nutrition label. 69 grams of sugar and 63 grams of caffeine!!! No wonder I was bouncing off the walls. Guess it’s back to water with lemon for me :-((
