I use red light therapy pretty consistently — I have a dome and also a separate red light on a stand — so good eye protection is not optional for me. I originally grabbed these thinking they’d just be a basic necessity, but they’ve actually worked out really well. They’re lightweight and flexible, which makes a big difference. I don’t like bulky, hard eye shields that dig into my face. These are slim and comfortable, and they sit nicely over my eyes without pressing too hard. They come with an elastic string that you can attach if you’re standing or want them more secure. I personally don’t use the string when I’m under my dome — I just lay them over my eyes — and they stay in place just fine. What I really like is that I can slightly adjust them up or down depending on what area I’m focusing on. Sometimes I’ll move them just a bit to try to target fine lines around my eyes while still keeping my eyes protected. That flexibility matters to me because I like being able to customize my setup a little. You get a set of four, which at first felt like a bit much. I thought, why do I need four? But now I’m actually glad. I keep one set by my dome, one in the bathroom where I use my stand light, and I still have extras. It’s convenient not having to carry them around the house. And the colors are cute too, which is a small thing, but I’ll take it. Overall, they’re comfortable, practical, and do exactly what I need them to do for red light sessions. Simple product, but very useful if you’re using any kind of red light.

We use these for our sauna. Multiple users requires Multiple pairs. Not as comfy as the larger and softer ones which came with our sauna but these make up for it by allowing one to see a little.

Eh. These will work. But I prefer the full lens goggles of the old days. These sort of stay on when you lay down - but you almost have to put the elastic string on them. Eh again. The edges are smooth, so that is good on your face. Just wish the were full lens. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. This multipack was purchased for use with red light skin therapy lamps to protect vision. Tucking a small bit of tissue on the inside, when wearing, is helpful when using super intense lamps. A halved cotton ball may work well, as an alternative. It's nice to find a reasonably priced multipack, because when you need these you REALLY need these. We try to have a back up plan when it comes to health and safety so that's why a multipack was perfect for the needs here. You never know when one might go missing, or a band might break after a while. The fit is good, and they work as expected. Quality is good and colors are nice.
