I need a pair for red light therapy in a standing booth, do these stay on while standing on vibrating teutonic plates?

Yes, They come with a strap to go around your head and will stay in place. I use them for tanning and for RLT and they stay on through the vibrations. I do not reccomend the pink pair as they seem to let light through but the other colors are great.

what colors do you get in the 4 pack?

My wife got two purple and two blue. Really disappointed she wanted 1 pink. Guess random and not assorted would be a better description
