Great Containers. Convenient. Won't break the bank.
So many reviews focus on using these for kids lunches - I use them for adult lunches/snack boxes.Pros: Convenient. Stackable. Perfect size. Good shelf life.Cons: if you need to hear your food in the container you'll either need to plan on heating what's in the other compartments/sections or you'll have to empty them before sticking this in the microwave. As with all products in the disposable Tupperware category, these have a shell life - a pretty decent one, but won't last forever.Would I buy these again: YES!Bottom Line: I pack my lunch in one container & healthy snacks in the other one to munch on during the day (cottage cheese, celery, carrots, etc). The stack neatly on top of each other in my lunch bag & they RARELY ever leak (if they do it's usually my fault for not dealing properly, overfilling, or warping the top). These are great containers for both kids & ADULTS that won't break the bank. I have tried a few other brands of this style of container & prefer the Ziplock ones. I highly reccomebd.

Perfect Divided Boxes that Don't Leak!
I spent days looking for containers that are divided up so that I could use them for my lunches at work. A lot of the items that came up had issues with foods leaking from one division into another and that is NOT what I want. I wanted to be able to pack fruit in one division, a sandwich or salad in the other, and something dry like cereal or crackers in another. That means no leaking can happen. Finally I found these and not only do they not leak from one division into another, they are also some of the most affordable products I looked at during my search. Great product. Dishwasher safe, freezer safe, and microwavable. Perfect for work lunches. Would be great for packing school lunches too!

Great for kids lunches
I purchased these for my 3 year old's lunches at daycare. I also purchased EasyLunchboxes "Mini-Dippers" Small Dip and Sauce Containers and Pantry Elements Silicone Baking Cups - Vibrant Collection both of which work great with these containers. I can fit 4 cupcake liners or 3 cupcake liners and one Mini-Dipper in the large section so essentially I can send up to 6 different food items. After reading all the reviews I purchase this over the EasyLunchboxes because the Ziploc set is leakproof. I send yogurt in one of the smaller sections at least twice a week and it has never leaked. This container fits perfectly in the Land's End ClassMate Soft Sided lunch box. I can add the container, the Rubbermaid Blue Ice Flexible Ice Blanket and still have room to add a thermos if I wanted to send warm items. I have had some issues with the containers and lids cracking but I know they take a beating at daycare so for the price I'm okay replacing them throughout the year. Since I started using these my 3 year old has been eating more of her lunch. I really think it helps with portion control and variety.

Our lunches have never been better.
I make a total of 5 school lunches and snacks for my kids each weekday. For reasons that I don't precisely understand, lunch-making is a task of bother disproportionate to how much work is actually involved--but it has truly been a necessary irritant for years. I slack and make sandwiches, my kids complain (nicely) and bring home lunchboxes still half-full of rejected candidates for their mid-day attention. No more. I have resolved this year to present lunches that resemble choices that I myself would find appealing--many small portions of diverse foods, unexpected combinations, a little bite of something sweet at the end, not too much bread. And I have to say, these boxes really have helped toward that end. The sizes of the compartments create maximum flexibility for leftovers, pinwheels, pasta salads, fruit and veg, crackers & cheese, roll-ups... and yes, the trusty sandwich, now and then. It's easy to slip in one little surprise with the more predictable fare when I can count on the sections maintaining water-tightness; even with the vigorous shaking elementary school kids give their boxes, we've had no leaking from one section into the others. They're holding up in the dishwasher just fine (I do keep extras, because life is nicer when I'm not forced to wash a dish to complete lunch packing).Ours fit beautifully with a separate snack (usually in a Rubbermaid TakeAlongs 1-Cup Twist and Seal Containers, Pack of 4 ) + a water bottle in an LL Bean Flip-Top lunchbox. The box inserts at a slight angle, which has not impacted its functionality.Recommended for kid or adult lunch usage. A great, simple, straightforward, affordable product is always a pleasure to find.

No leaks, no hassle
I was so sick of packing a million tiny containers for my kids' lunches. Try digging out 4 separate containers to feed two toddlers on the go and see how much food ends up on the ground. I did A LOT of research on various bento box options, and ultimately decided to go with these. The metal containers sounded like more hassle - tops that don't stay on, compartments that leak into each other, removable pieces you have to wash separately. Ugh.The Ziploc containers are simple and they work perfectly. ABSOLUTELY NO LEAKING, even after being tossed around my diaper bag all morning, and the food stays totally fresh. The largest compartment is big enough to fit a sandwich and the other compartments are good sized - for example, you could fit about half to a whole piece of cut up fruit and several broccoli florets. they're big enough for adult-sized portions too - I use them for my own lunch.Definitely recommend.
