What is this made of? Is it 100% rubber?

It's mainly made of rubber,but it's not 100% rubber,to ensure its softness and durability,thanks.

Is the blue transparent at all.... a lot, just a little, etc?

Dear friend ,it's not transparent ,it's solid blue color ,thank you.

Can you feel the suction cups under your feet?

The suction cups are a little big,so you can feel them, but it's very soft, thanks.

Does this mat feel tacky/grippy when not wet? I want to use it as a non-slip surface outside of my bathroom. Thanks!

It doesn't feel tacky but is grippy when not wet. It's kind of massages your feet too. We really like it.
