Perfect pans! Of course they are large and will twist slightly if not supported with the heavy cake batter. However I’m please with them! Grease or spray non stick, use parchment paper!!! Let cool down to room temperature, place on board and flip… easy! Perfect pan. However, batter and cooking times not provided. I did google and found 18-21 cups of batter and 300/325*F for 55-65 minutes. I also used Wilton’s fabric wrap around that soaked in water to keep cake level. (Forgot the name of item but they were well worth it and held on to place in oven.) The angled sides made placement of moist strips a challenge but angle helped with the ease of cake removal. So that is a PLUS. Love my new pans!

so they are great pans, i had to return this order only because i was dumb and did not notice how big they were. lol. i didnt not the 16 one when i ordered it.

I'm not using these to bake cakes with so I don't know how well they'll work that way. I'm using them more for a mold for a Rice Krispy treat tiered cake and the sample cake I made from these turned out very well. The 16" pan was slightly bent on very bottom along one side but not enough to make a difference in the way the treats turned out. They are perfect for what I'm using them for.

Quality wise, these pans are pretty awesome. They're thick and sturdy, but not too heavy. Like another reviewer, I didn't like that the corners were a bit round since I was doing a fondant cake too, but I ended up just cutting off one edge to get a sharp edge. I lost about 1/2 an inch of cake, so not that big a deal. The main problem I had with them was that I had a terrible time getting the cakes out of the 12" pan, which is the only one I've used so far. After the first two stuck badly, I really went heavy on the shortening and flour coating and that one popped out nicely, so you have to be very thorough in that task. There is a indentation in the middle of the larger pans and I'm not sure what the purpose of that is, but I did find it annoying. I wish there was a fill line instead of a middle square. I also found that the cake temperature and baking times provided by Wilton simply didn't work for me. Just go with the tried and true toothpick test and you'll be fine, baking an extra 5 minutes each test until you arrive at a good time to follow later. I had to add about 15 minutes. Probably the best thing about the pans though is ease of washing. I didn't really want to try putting them into the dishwasher, so I hand washed it each time and the cake came away very easily. I have a dark pan and a glass one and getting those clean is a nightmare.

Wonderful set! And worth the money! Aluminum never disappoints, neither does a Wilton!

I love the quality of Wilton pans. In fact, I've gotten more since. I just wish that there was some kind of stamp on the outside to tell you the size of the pan. I use Mary Berry's hint of marking the size on the outside with a black marker.

Bought these to make my daughter's wedding cake. Wilton is a great investment, made to last!

They arrived in great condition no dents or bent out of shape. I washed them and let them air dry and had no issues. I havent used them yet but I also got another set of round Wilton pans and the cakes came put beautiful. I feel like these would give the same results

Quick shipping, packaged well. The biggest pan is going to be a challenge to find something to make in because its huge. Like, gigantic. The reviewer who called it a coffee table was not kidding :) I have used the smaller two a few times now. Don't use metal utensils, scratched easily but it is aluminum. All in all good buy though!
