The Rain-Bird ESP-TM2 WiFi zone controller has made managing my garden irrigation so much easier. The setup was straightforward, and connecting it to my home WiFi was hassle-free. It allows me to control multiple zones individually, optimizing water use and saving money on my water bill. The app is user-friendly and gives me flexibility to adjust schedules from anywhere. If you want to keep your lawn and garden healthy with smart watering, this controller is a great investment. Durable, reliable, and packed with useful features—highly recommended!

This replaced a trusty 15 year old Rainbird that was starting to have some issues (lost one zone relay etc.). I was a bit nervous reading about a lot of problems with the WiFi module but the alternative Brands with WiFi control had even worse reviews and the fancy rain prediction stuff others offer does not work here in SWFL since we really never know it we get 3 inches or nothing or something in between until it really happens... Installation was easy and everything powered up immediately. I used the app to program all zones and can no easily adjust or suspend watering via the app without having to go to my outside shed... Also very convenient when I do my zone-tests as I can walk around the yard and switch zones off and on to check all the heads instead of going back and forth to the controller. WiFi-Link - the archilles heel in a lot of reviews - is working 100% stable for me. I suspect in a lot of cases the problems may more be from bad WiFi than actually problems with the little Arduino dongle that comes with the Rain-Birds...

I had a 14 year old rain bird sprinkler controller operating 4 zones at my home. It worked, but anytime I wanted to monitor it, change settings or operate manually, I had to go outside, push away some nearby bushes and stand in the hot sun to do the work. I purchased this unit to replace and upgrade my existing system. It took under 10 minutes to remove the old system, mount and connect this one. Could not have been easier. In just a few additional minutes (after downloading the Rain Bird app) I had it connected and programmed. Now anytime, day or night, home or away, I can check to see if my system is working, turn on one or all zones, change durations etc. As an added bonus, the app checks local weather and AUTOMATICALLY adjusts the watering time you set up based on the forecast. Over the last month, it has reduced or increased the watering duration based on temperature in my area, and when combined with a rain sensor, I now have a reliable, hands free, flexible watering solution for my home. I highly recommend this unit and wifi module as an upgrade for a current rain bird system or for a first time user.

The controller was easy to setup, and it was exactly what I needed. The seller really made it easier by pre-installing the wife link adapter and the instructions were pretty straight forward. I do like that the seller included a personal note with direct contact information in case I had any problems. Of note: the product only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. I don't recall catching that on product description.

This is a solid wifi enabled smart sprinkler controller. It works well.I bought this model because it has full manual controls on it, very similar to the older Rainbird (non-wifi) controller we had. This enables my wife (who eschews most app and internet controlled devices) to operate it easily if she wants to or needs to. There are smarter controllers (with more advanced functions) but this one satisfies most of my needs. I took off a point because the free app that Rainbird provides could be much better -- it does what I need, but the user interface is somewhat poorly designed. There is a newer app from Rainbird with more features but it does not work with this model controller. All in all I am satisfied, but not excited with it.

This was delivered very timely for my replacement project. Some nice YouTube videos to help install! Actually very simple in the end. Take pictures of wires before disconnecting or write down color code for zones. Hardest part was drilling new mounting holes in the concrete. Worked first time. Use Rainbird App and NOt Rainbird 2 app (doesn’t see controller), for controlling through phone and WiFi module.

Ordered this Rain Bird controller on Amazon ... shipped from SprinklerPartsWholesale.com. Delivery was timely and included everything ordered. This was by far the best priced controller that included the WiFi LNK for remote access. Would rate the supplier as 5 star. Controller was ordered to replace the original Rain Bird ESP-6si controller on our sprinkler system that was acting a bit flakey. Installation was straight forward ... easy to connect existing wiring to new controller .... although wire sequencing of sprinkler zones was reversed from the original controller. Downloaded the Rain Bird app to my iPhone. Easily connected to the controller through my home WiFi. Programmed the controller through the front panel, but the programs can be easily modified through the app. This will be a big improvement for me since we are sometimes away and will be nice to be able to change the programming remotely. It's also convenient when I am adjusting the individual sprinkler heads as I can manually start and stop individual zones for testing without running back and forth to the control panel.
