Arrived in bad condition
The pan arrived with blue marks and little black deposits all on the outside of it. I don’t know if this is a factory defect or a previous return, but it looks terrible. I’m shocked it would be sent out in this condition.

Beautifully balanced pans and even cooking.
A joy to use. Have now purchased 2 pans and 3 casseroles to celebrate ruby wedding! Easy cleaning. Will not be going for the shiny copper effect as the lived in look is more our style!
