Well built product. Bought it for shade/rain protection while working on outdoor projects. If you plan to use it in the rain, be sure to pick up some seam sealer, as it does leak a small amount where the stitching is at the top. Canopy does require a one time installation and it is held to the frame with Velcro, which I was skeptical about at first, but it seems to work well. The rolling storage bag is great too, as it also has a pocket for the stakes.

Would have been a 5, but the actual canopy is 10 ft X 10 ft. Only the legs come out to 12 ft X 12 ft.

The size of this canopy is not actually 12 x 12 like it says it's supposed to be. It's more like 10 x 10.The legs of the canopy at the ground are 12 x 12. But why would anyone care about that.I think this is very misleading, and false advertising.

Love this product looks great and works extremely well upgraded materials from older units and the wider stance make this a wonderful product for shade and weather conditions

We liked our first E-Z up so much for softball tournaments that we decided to purchase a second one. This one that came was missing the axle however for the wheels to pull it.Should we contact E-Z up or is this something you at amazon can help me to get?Thanks so muchKari Schultz

I love this E-Z up, has nice sturdy frame,comes with nice lage spikes to anchor it, easy to open and fold, I actually do it by myself. Well worth the money.

E-Z up is overall a good product but this version’s legs splay out and the feet aren’t covered with a plastic cap like other styles of E-Z up tents
