Always use them fit in same size shoes well and comfortable

This insole gives good heel cushioning and some arch support. It' is thin under the ball of the foot and toes which makes it comfortable in shoes that do not typically have much space in that area. Shoes are not generally designed to have an additional insole, so the thinness of these makes them a good fit. They are ideal for wearing in boots I find, and I will be ordering some more.

I have been given one pair of made to measure insoles by the NHS to stop my arches from rolling in and whilst they are OK they have a built up heel which means they do not fit into many of my shoes. They make my heels too high inside the shoe and my feet keep coming out and I cannot walk well with them in. Plus one pair is not enough and it is not hygienic to wear the same things constantly. So I sent for these and I am very pleased with them. They fit well into my shallower shoes and even into a pair of sandals which have closed in toes and heels. They do not look as sturdy as the NHS ones which seem to have a Metal insole over the arch but they seem to support the bits that need supporting. They are true to size. I got a 4 .They needed trimmed a little around the toe but that was easy to do by using the existing insoles as a template. I don't know how they will wear but if they wear well I may get more. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that I feel they are a bit expensive for what they are.

These helped my feet with the aches with long distance walking but after a week, I started experiencing pain in the side of my right foot. The pain would increase more and more. Since taking them out of my shoes, I've felt some small amount of pain but nothing compared to before. It may be my fault due to not knowing what best insoles to get, so do not know if there is a defect with them or my lack of knowledge in choosing?

Delivered on time.Excellent build quality. I was worried that they would be too thin or too flexible. They're not.I use them in my football boots and had to trim them down around the toe to fit but that was easy enough with a pair of scissors.They fit snuggly inside the boot and are comfortable too.I play football twice a week and have started using these to combat my sunken arches. Would recommend to anyone with the same issues as I can feel an immediate improvement in my knees and ankles.
