I was nervous the sides would wear off and it would fall down but it didn’t. The bra itself is a little heavy so unless the top your wearing is tight or you really pull the sides back it might sag if you are bigger chested. Otherwise this would be great for backless dresses or other tops. It is true to size. I usually wear a D and I ordered a C but it worked out anyways. The cups are a little spaced out so you won’t get that smushed together look like those bras that you stick on and pull the strings. The adhesive was so strong though and I wore this for hours that when I pulled it off a little bit of my skin came with it but that’s prob my fault. This is a bra for someone who already has full or perky boobs. I will say that this bra does give some lift, just not where I want it. Doesn’t matter how far back I try to stick the tabs, I can’t get the bra to stay close enough to my chest to actually make my boobs push up instead of out. The adhesive is fairly sticky.. as long as you don’t sweat too much. Cup size is correct. Maybe size up is you have saggy “mom boobs” like me. It looks like a basic bra without band and shoulder straps, instead, with adhesive. I needed for my open back dress on a date. It was easy to put on and held up well throughout the entire date. Some tips to wear is you need to bend over until you have put the girls in and attached each side. It'd better to adjust them in front of the mirror.
