Victorinox Swiss Army Women's Maverick Small Watch

I honestly can’t believe I got this watch for such a good price. This watch speaks of quality in every single aspect. It is beautiful designed, it’s robust and sturdy and yet matches my tiny wrist like if it was made for it. The color of the dial and the bezel is classy, although it is blue it is so neutral that it can pretty much fit any style. The bracelet has two security locks, it feels great on the wrist, and just... again speaks of quality. My husband who is a conosseur of watch and fascinated about horology couldn’t believe either what I got for this money. It’s quarzt movement so you do have remarkable precision. The date on the bottom, number 6, creates a perfect balance with the Swiss Army Logo. I can’t speak highly enough. You got own one to see with your eyes.

Nice watch. I wear it everyday with no issues. Easy to set time and date. Looks good too. I. would buy another one.

Thinner material and harder to clasp/unclasp. Does not feel like a true Victorinox watch.

I received this watch about a month ago and I really love it. I had a much smaller Swiss watch with a white face & luminous hands, so could no longer see the time. This watch is very easy to see and beautifully crafted. The watch is a deep blue but not black. It is bluer in brighter light of course. There is a green one which had gold accents that was beautiful too.This is a great price compared to mall stores and other online sites. In my research, this company has made fine watches, and has a long, good, history. I did learn the rubber band that this comes as another watch, will, just like all other rubber watch bands, not last a lifetime.

If you buy the watch from Amazon you are good to go, as noted it comes with the manufacturer's warranty. If you buy it from Watchsavings, it does NOT come with the manufacturer's warranty. If there is a problem, guess what? You have to send it to Brooklyn. Well I live on the West Coast so that isn't very practical. Want to send it back to them within 30 days? No problem! You pay the shipping cost back to them AND they take off an unknown amount for their shipping cost to you. Not such a great deal after all! :(

The Victorinox company will no longer verify authenticity over the phone using the numbers stamped on the back of the watch. I was able to do that with the last Victorinox watch I purchased through Amazon. This time, I'm suspicious, as the paperwork in the box did not match the watch I received, and the large booklet that comes in most Victorinox boxes was missing totally. The watch is very attractive and just the right size. Face is easy to read. I like it very much. If it's the "real deal", it will last a lifetime and keep accurate time always. For the price, I'm going to keep it and keep fingers crossed that it is indeed an authentic Victorinox. I like the rubber watchbands as they are comfortable and washable. I've washed the watch several times now and that has not affected it's operation. Only "time will tell" I guess. Seems it would stop working within the 30 day return time if it's a fake.

This was for my wife and I found it to be a good price and she isn't the typical girl. She shoots guns and climbs trees and knows how to use tools and do handy things. That's not to say she isn't feminine ... she very much is . She just has been known to kill a watch from time to time on her angelina jolie style adventures . This watch is well suited for an attractive girl who can also kick ass ... and that happened to be the recipient in this case. She has only had it for about a month and it seems to be holding up to anything from dish washing to martial arts to gardening and whatever else and I'm confident it will continue to. I personally wear victorinox mens base camp model and I've been impressed with both watches. My wife mourned over her casio g-shock baby g , but I think this will take even more of a beating than that ... only time will tell .

I compared this same exact watch on the military exchange web site & found that Amazon's price was much better even when having to pay taxes. It's a great looking women's watch & I always look for a large face that glows in the dark so I can see the time. Forget about seeing the date unless you have your reading glasses on or you're still young, LOL! Unless the maker puts a magnifier where the date is located, I won't worry about it. I use my phone! I've gotten unsolicited compliments from people when I wear it. I wear other watches when working or as casual, but this has become my favorite. If the maker could make this an eco friendly watch, it would be even better, but you still have a battery to change. I have an eco watch, & I enjoy wearing that, since I never have to worry about a battery!

Bought it for my wife. She loves it! Beautiful, solid, classy and can be worn on regular basis, casual and semi-casual.
