Update:After our first review the seller contacted us. We had excellent customer service! We were able to fix the problem with the shower head and now we love it! Very hard water will break down the beads faster so you may have to replace them more often. But over all we would recommend.We were so excited about this shower head. The first month was awesome! We had great water pressure. However in the last 30 days it has started leaking and spraying water out of the top of the head. It completely flooded the bathroom this morning spraying water everywhere. I wish the head had more metal and less plastic: we were very disappointed.

If you have hesitation don’t. It’s worth every penny. It’s the best and most enjoyable experience I have ever had. It is peace coming from the heavens when it’s on. You thought you were taking a shower in your normal morning shower. Once you start to use this shower wand you transcend to this relaxing spa. You can feel the warm rush of the water but it’s softer than you remembered with your other shower head. The pressure is intense you can feel the air moving as the water dissipates from the head onto the shower floor. Put simply it’s an experience you have to try.

I had to edit my review because I initially thought it caused my pipes to leak but I believe now I was wrong. The shower head worked well enough but I did not like how high up it sat on the cradle for my particular shower. Plumbers tape fixed leaking issues. The water pressure was fine, nothing amazing but it worked well enough.

So I've had this product for just about 6 months now and it's been working just fine, but now theres a crack in the showerhead itself and water is spraying in every direction. I've never dropped or banged it anywhere, I literally havent moved it since I set it up besides to clean it and replace the filter. Its pretty disappointing because i'm pretty sure i'll need to get another showerhead

This showerhead is nice at first. Less than a month of using it the thing started to sting your back and anywhere else you sprayed. Took it apart and the black rocks at the top were all mashed towards the top and the brown ones at the bottom were crushed towards the top making the pressure very extreme. They recommend changing the rocks every six weeks but they lasted four. You will buy six dollar rocks every month to use this. I emptied the top ones out completely and using it that way. Would not recommend.

Fantastic! Love this, it had made a huge difference in my hair and skin. We have very hard well water and this is amazing. Will buy refills for the head and would absolutely buy again.

This is the best shower head I have ever bought. We have low water pressure and this shower head really gives out a great spray of water!! Its unbelievable!! We love it. I bought 2!!

I LOVE IT!. I have had it a week and its great..Water pressure is wonderful but doesn't hurt!. EASY TO INSTALL. MY SKIN IS SOFTER! I HAVE NOTICE. I have curly hair and let me tell you its soft and more volume less dry. My culrs are more bouncy. It feels like it has made a difference. You wont be disappointed at all. Plus the price was great! GOING TO ORDER ANOTHER for our other shower. My son wants one in his bathroom. So whats $20.
