This worked like a charm and I have an off brand wire shelf unit. I say off brand because it does not have the customary brand name stamp on the corners that you'd find on a Trinity, Alera, NSF, Metro etcetera; this particular one does not have a name stamped anywhere on it. A friend gave it to me so I can't say where or what store it was purchased from. Given the good and bad reviews and much research I took a leap of faith and ordered it. It arrived a day early, was well packaged and included the sleeves for mounting. The shelf is better quality then the existing ones on the unit. Super pleased with this item and would recommend. As anyone who owns a wire shelf unit knows (I own five) the actual shelf dimensions (meaning the flat useable space) are always short by a few eighths of an inch. Don't believe me, go measure your shelf.As an end note there are many wire shelf manufacturers and a few will scrimp on the amount of wire used on their shelves to save cost and time. If your going to put a lot of weight on it than look for a unit that has the main support wires running from back to front as opposed to shelves where the main support wires run from side to side. The shelves with back to front wires will have more wires thus offering better support. Hope this helps.

I had purchased some shelving units that had proven themselves easy to set up, sturdy, and reliable. I wound up using fewer shelves than included in the box for the size shelves I needed, and hoped these legs would allow me to repurpose the unused shelves. These legs work perfectly with the shelves, allowing me to add additional sets of shelves for a fraction of the cost.I purchased multiple sets of legs and one of the sets arrived without the lower halves. I reached out to Seville Classic's customer support on their website and got an email response shortly after. I explained my problem and they requested I contact their support team directly. Within a minute or two of placing the call I was connected with the person I had emailed with, and a minute later the problem was addressed with a pair of lower halves heading my way. It was one of the fastest and easiest customer support experiences I've ever had. Thank you Woody for taking care of my problem so quickly.

We needed an extra shelf for an ancient wire rack that we've had so long, we can't remember where or when we got it. Upon closer examination, it turned out to be a Seville product. (And probably a Classic to boot.) So we were very happy when this shelf arrived, and slid right into place on our rack with no fuss or muss.

This works perfectly for the extra shelves from the Trinity brand shelving I bought from Costco.The plastic pieces actually clipped in more easily than the poles the original unit came with!I stood on the shelf (200lb) afterwards, with no problems, and loaded it up with some heavy storage to check as well.Pros:* Can use the extra shelves you have from other units* Look just as nice/ difficult to tell the difference* The plastic clips connect easier than the stock polesCons:* You have to buy 2 sets of it to have 4 poles total. Why would anyone need just 2 poles, when the shelves need 4?Overall great! I was a little worried, because someone said the grooves weren't deep enough to clip in, so I tried them out within the return window to be safe, but they luckily work awesome. I guess it's possible to have manufacturing errors though, so if anyone gets one that does not work, they could return it for one that does. I took pictures of the grooves of each as well.

I'm SUPER happy with this shelf. It fit perfectly for an extra shelft for my Trinity Ecostorage rack. Trinity is out of stock of the extra shelf so I took a gamble and got this shelf as an extra and it fit perfectly. It's very sturdy and well made.

Prior to purchasing this pole kit, I bought two HDX shelving units from Home Depot. I was able to connect those units by using one pair of full length poles in the center and offsetting the shelves. That left me with an extra pair of full length poles and six shelves. Needing another pair of poles, I purchased this item.The ridges on the Seville and HDX poles do not match up unless you remove the leveler foot or extend the foot on the Seville poles. I decided to remove the feet because I have about 300 lbs on this unit and did not want to extend the feet because they were extended almost far enough to fall out.The black plastic clips that came with the HDX unit fit perfectly.Highly recommended if you are in a similar situation and just need a few extra poles.

I get it that not all manufacturers have the same specs. So going by the general/nominal size isn't good enough. When installing on an existing unit, this shelf was slightly longer than my unit. The poles had to bend a little, making it hard to mount close to another shelf (you need a minimum amount of pole length to allow for that bend).

Was disappointed that it arrived bent but it was still useable so I didn’t return

They are the poles that come from the storage rack that you can buy as a full set from Costco or whatever. I think they're a little over priced, but whatever, supply and demand, right?

Great price compared to what we had found in town ! We had the extra shelves so suited our needs quite well.

The feet kinda suck on these posts in particular(not enough to lose a star) and will do for the price of the posts. The standard black shelf clips fit the posts. Wiggle the joint as you tighten the 2piece 72inch long post to get the joint tight. I am happy with this purchase.
