Beautiful chandelier and excellent customer service
This is an absolutely gorgeous and unique crystal chandelier that is reasonably priced. The end product is well worth the effort of installation and hanging of the crystalsI must add that the customer service is extraordinary. Inevitably a glass shipment of that size can be subject to damages, and Zoe always responded promptly and shipped the replacements immediately. We also had some techincal issues with the unit itself, and again the problem was resolved very much to our satisfaction. They even sent us a small complimentary lamp around Christmas!You cannot go wrong with this product as the company stands behind it 100% and the results are fantastic.

Very cheap quality!!!
Product came defective, length of crystals are different, which makes the bottom line uneven. Some of the wholes for hanging Crystals are omitted. Crystals near metal connecting base are not hanging straight which makes a noticeable space. Many Crystals came cracked or broken, however extra pieces were included. Seller did not reply to feedback.
