When you live in the UK and have a hankering for Mississippi Mud, this is an absolute must have. Think of a marshmallow with only the gooey middle. Packed well and arrived in a timely manner.

It tastes similar to filling of chocolate teacakes. Is delicious as topping for Icecream or small cakes and frosting for larger ones.

I bought this as a hopeful substitute as I can't buy Smucker's Marshmallow in the UK. It's nowhere NEAR as good. It'll go until I manage to find a more accurate alternative, but no, it's not as good.

My daughter wanted teacakes (like those made by Tunnocks), but a GF version, so I bought this and made her some. This is soooooo easy to use, and delightfully light. Ace
