Versatile & Easy
Why did I wait so long to get this? I love tea and always make hot tea, but during the warmer months at home my apartment is too hot to make, which normally is fine because I'm at work for most of the time where it's cold. Now that I'm working from home I wanted something more than water, but buying iced tea was expensive and I couldn't find one that either a) didn't have sugar or b) didn't have aspartame or some other artificial ingredients. This was such a no-duh buy, why it took me so long to I don't know. It's easy to use and you can use their tea or I have a ton of loose leaf tea I put in tea bags. I guess you could use other pre-made tea bags if you use 2 or 3 at once. I'm making a pitcher 2-3 times a week. Best part is I have a backlog of tea I was having a hard time using (I keep buying more even when I already have a ton, I can't seem to stop.) It's enabled me to start using the tea that's been sitting in my cabinet for awhile. I've also found, interestingly enough, that some of the teas I didn't care for as much as a hot tea I really like cold.Haven't used the fruit infuser yet, but I'm looking forward to it. If you are a tea-drinker and/or want to start drinking more healthy and eliminate sugar/artificial stuff, definitely a great investment!

PERFECTION FOR WINTER OR SUMMER. A definite must have for any kitchen!
So far so good! I bought this last week so I'm not sure how it will hold up over time since the handle design when twisting cap off seems like if it's torqued too much it will snap. But everything else about this pitcher/tea brewer is AMAZING!!! I love that it's shatterproof and heatproof. I love the center infusion, cooling or brewing chambers. I love that it's simple and so well designed for ease of use and safety. I am very ill so usually it would be a production to make brewed tea. Not anymore! This is the best item I've purchased for my kitchen in months! Plus no harmful toxins coming out of plastic. I'm on all organic diet so I did my research on healthiest brewers and I think this one fits the bill:) totally worth the money, shipped extremely well, well packed so no chance of it breaking enroute. Delivery was way quicker than advertised by a week! ( total of 4 days it took from the time I ordered ) I'm ecstatic! I'm loving it and I really can't say anything bad about it. Do yourself a "flavor" and brew your tea at home with this infusion pitcher!Side note the 3 cores are these:1.Ice chamber( like an icepack gel material that won't leak and u freeze before making tea)2.Infusion chamber where u can add berries or lemons, or even mint like for mojitos in summer. The fruit doesn't have to be picked out of tea. Honestly I could see it being used for sangria as well:)3. Basket chamber with very fine mesh for loose teas or u can stick bags in it. It hold about 10 bags without the strings.so easy to clean up too

Good, but some drawbacks (and note the size!)
This is a good pitcher overall. However, it is very tall - about 11.5 inches tall. Because it is so tall, it didn't fit in any of our refrigerator shelves - we had to totally re-adjust the refrigerator shelves just to allow this one item to fit in. Additionally, the manufacturer says it's "dishwasher safe" BUT ONLY ON THE TOP RACK. Well, it's way too tall to fit on the top rack of our dishwasher so we always have to hand wash it - a pain! I agree with another reviewer too in that making tea requires boiling or near-boiling water (175 to 208 degrees F) and you can't put boiling water in this pitcher, so that is a flaw too. So you'd have to make your tea in a separate container, let it cool a bit, and pour it into this pitcher - extra work and more mess. I have been using it to make fruit-infused water instead (not tea). For that it works good. I really like the lid and pour spout design. The handle is a bit wobbly though. Since it is plastic, I like that it's BPA-free (but admittedly I tend to prefer real glass even though glass is heavier).

Pretty, convenient, and it works perfectly.
With the summer coming, and my tendency to never drink enough water, I started making cold tea and herbal infusions. It works (yay), but since I'm a coffee drinker, my tea pot is small, and I hate my kettle. So I set out to get a pitcher. After reading many reviews, I settled on this one and I couldn't be happier. So far I've only used it with tea bags, but I'll make some infused water soon.It comes with two infusion chambers, one of them for tea bags and fruits, the other is made of fine mesh for loose tea. You also get an Ice chamber that you can put in the freezer and use after brewing to keep your ice tea cold. The pitcher is made of plastic, but you can use hot water without issue (not boiling water though, but the usual temperatures for brewing tea work well). It says it was designed for fridge doors, but be careful if you have a small one, the pitcher is tall. There's only one spot where it fits in my fridge door so I had to do a little reorganizing.Lastly, it's pretty enough that you can use it for serving. Although I'm not a fan of the screwing lid.

I like it!
This is great, I like it so far. The gel insert you can freeze and then insert to cool the tea. I put it in the pitcher with room temperature tea hoping it would chill it, but it didn't do much. If the tea was already cold, I suspect it will keep the tea colder longer.Be careful with the little handles on the inserts. One of mine got stuck and when I tried to twist it to turn it and unlock it the handle broke. So now I just insert it without letting it go into the thread of the pitcher. Minus one star for breaking on me, but otherwise happy with this pitcher.I just put tea bags in with cold water and left it in the fridge for a few hours and it works great. Not really a fan of hot tea, but cold is nice and refreshing.

Excellent kitchen staple
This is one of my favorite purchases I’ve ever made. It is easy to use, fits in the door of my fridge easily, and is simple to take apart and clean. There’s no hard to reach pieces that leave me wondering if mold is growing in unseen places. I love that I can steep loose leaf or put tea bags in the steeper piece. I have not used the fruit infuser or ice core, but the concept is so simple I’m sure it will be great in the summer months. I am an avid tea drinker, so this pitcher is getting good daily use and feels very sturdy.
