Save your money!!!!
They are still holding together well on the outside after three months of working on my feet all day six days a week. Initially I was very happy and thought spending more for work shoes was worth it, super comfy for about a month.... Then just like every cheap pair of Skechers or Lugz I've bought, the comfort disappears in a month or two, too me these shoes were not worth the extra money. For $120 I feel they should stay comfortable for at least 6 months. lower your expectations........ Now the very next day after I wrote this review, now the soles are coming off the shoes, I'm going to contact Mozo to see if they'll replace. For 120 dollars with tax and shipping, one would expect the shoes to last more than 3 months... I changed my review from a 3 to a 1.

Everyday Restaurant Staple
I have to leave a review because this is the only pair of shoes my husband ever wears. He's been in the restaurant business for over 10+years and this is it. Everyday, all day. You know it's good when even he has that rare moment to go on vacation, he brings it with him to wear. This exact brand. This is exact style. Size 9. I always have to have a backup pair for him. Wish it was priced a little cheaper. It lasts about 5 months.

Most comfortable industry shoes ever
About 9 months in and these are just life changing. I'm a restaurant manager and I'm on my feet all day every day. I was dealing with some terrible plantar fasciitis and since switching to these shoes I'm pain free. I will re-purchase these again and again. Hoping they never discontinue as I've gone through SO many other shoes trying to find the fix for my foot pain.

Comfort on your feet when you most need it
I will start this review by stating that this is the second pair I have purchased. These shoes are comfortable and for the most part well-fitting. My first pair lasted approximately a year-and-a-half and through some tough Terrain and many hours of grueling kitchen work. One of my only grapes would be that the back heel of the shoe was not well stitched and gave out after a year or so. Unfortunately my knot hair that purchased of size 13 was accidently sent a size 12. This I believe Amazon will handle accordingly. I highly recommend this shoe , especially for the pruce.

Used to Love my Mozo's
I've been wearing Mozo's since 2004 when I was a wear-tester for them when they were starting out. Even though the company sold to Uggs several years ago and now is owned by Shoes for Crews, they are the most comfortable work shoes for chefs that I have ever worn. I have not been a fan of SFC in the past because I didn't feel that they were well built, but it appears that they have only changed the sole to be more non-slip and left the rest of the construction the same. My feet and knees feel 100% better in a new pair.Fast forward two years: won’t buy Mozo shoes ever again. Two pairs that wore out and had some separation within 6 months. Shoes for Crews took the best shoes ever and ruined them. And they still cost just as much, the only reason I would EVER buy from SFC is that they’re cheap. But not if you have to replace them four times a year -

Forza by Mozo
So.. Mozo made the Setta shoe. A shoe made in the early years when it was a privately owned company. Also a slip on. I bought several pairs for work. They were terrific. The Forza is a good shoe for some. Unfortunately not for me. The elastic around the opening area on the top is quite small and tight for my instep. It wouldn’t allow my foot to get into the shoe without serious struggle even with a shoe horn. Not at all comfortable. The toe bed was ok. The non- slip sole also a good feature. I liked the optional insert true to fit choices for the foot bed. The ups and downs of shoe shopping. I hope this helps … cheers!!

Good shoe, just not the right size for my foot.
While overall I really liked this shoe, it's unfortunately just a little narrow. I have a wide foot, and so it's hard to find a truly wide shoe that offers the durability and slip resistance I need when for some reason or another a shoe I'd been happy with gets discontinued or is otherwise unavailable when it comes time for a new pair. Usually I'm stuck ordering a generic "wide" version and hoping for the best. While I'm usually mostly ok, even if the shoe is slightly narrower than I'd like, the construction of these shoes, being a slip on and with a more rubbery sole material just didn't give me the fit I needed. The rest of the features in the days I was giving them a try were great. They were initially very comfortable, the soles are well patterned for good slip resistance, and the outer material kept my feet dry. If these are a "2E", I guess I'd need Mozo to make a "3E" before I could wear this day to day without discomfort.

Quality has changed in the wrong direction
The first pair of shoes lasted well over 2 years. Nothing has changed in my life, I am the same weight, working in the same kitchen the same amount of hours. Something must have changed with the manufacturing of the shoes, because this latest pair didn't make it 6 months- I am so disappointed, I bought them a second time because I had great success with the first.Makes me question the validity of the purchase, I"ve seen news pieces warning of authentic vs. knock-off. Not sure if that is the problem, but won't be buying them again and would never recommend them.

Great fit!
They fit perfect disregard what other people say. If you have a wider sized foot order the wider option it is very comfortable seeing as I'm going to be spending the next 2 years wearing these they are not a bad purchase for a chef.

Fits one size large.
Order one size down from your regular shoe size., This is my second pair of them so knew after the first time to order in a size larger than usual.
