Great taste and something I keep buying
I really like the taste of these and keep buying them. They’re made for blood sugar management, which is one of the reasons I choose them. If I’m going to drink a nutrition shake anyway, I like the idea of picking one that’s made with that in mind. It also has a decent amount of protein and, most importantly, actually tastes good.

Great product for my father, a little pricey
My father has Type 2 diabetes, and he relies on Glucerna quite a bit to help supplement his nutrition. We really like how convenient it is, he can simply grab a bottle and take it with him wherever he goes. It has a smooth texture, very easy to drink (we got chocolate flavor). It’s also filling enough to work well as a quick breakfast or snack when he doesn’t have time for a regular meal. I like that it provides protein, fiber, and a variety of vitamins and minerals while being specifically formulated to help manage blood sugar response. The main downside is that it can be a little pricey if you use it regularly, but thankfully I was able to grab it on the sales on Amazon. Totally recommended.

Good taste, texture, but expensive.
This drink is a good replacement for the old Kayo. Tastey and formulated for diabetics and used as a breakfast substitute. It's expensive at $45/case of 24. We've been using this for years, other brands don't taste as good, and many are chalky in texture. Glucerna is our go-to shake.

Great for diabetic moms and dads
My mom loves these in the Rich chocolate flavor. She is diabetic and also just doesn’t digest food well so this is a great treat for her and adds a lot of nutritional benefits.

I love theses drinks I drink ice cold everyday gaining weight feel better
I actually love theses drinks there’s no after taste like boost insurer’s. After this last 11 days hospital stay I lost a lot of weight couldn’t eat but could get down a boost drink hated the after taste. But family bought me theses less sugar chocolate I drink 2-3 a day and gaining weight eating better now. I’d recommend exspecially if your diabetic less sugar 4-7 grams sugar only .
