This stuff ferments like a MONSTER.Quick, get your air lock in, because it's going to start roaring soon (chyeeah!), but this strain has a LOT of flavor, so you need to pair it correctly!I did a strong IPA and the spice is very strong (and it went to 1.001!). Attenuation is off the rails and the cloves and spice is also.I have a cider conditioning in the bottle that went to .996. This stuff isn't here to play around.And I have a spiced winter ale in the fermentor right now that should be perfect with the spicy notes this strain brings.I keep this one in the freezer. It's worth keeping on hand at all times.Get this yeast and brew it. But be aware. Big flavor and BIG attenuation! Your ABV will be high with this bad boy. And the clove can be a punch to the face!

I know this brand well, and in fact these packs work well even after their expiration date. The packs I got from this seller were all fresh and in good conditions.

Purchased five packs of Safale BE-134 and they arrived quickly on 3/4/23. They all expire 05 2023 which means that I will need to change what I will be brewing the next few months. I did not plan on brewing 5 Saisons this quickly.
