Tests out per data sheet specs. About 0.3v forward voltage which is nice and low for a 5a forward current capacity. Passes about 0.1v with 12v reverse voltage applied. Hopefully durable.

This ones work particularly well with external EV contactor PWM economizers used with Tyco EV200. Due to Schottky diode superior characteristics, they do not get hot and actually improve PWM economizers performance.
