Spasms
My husband has been a heavy equipment operator for 35 yrs, he has had many nights of legs cramps, he has been on this product daily & noticed within a couple of days the difference, he has had none since nor any chest pains.. I have been a fan of Dr Wallach since 1996. I trust every word he says

Amazing!
I seen this product on TikTok and know Youngevity is an outstanding supplement company. I have Polycythemia which is too much blood and too many red blood cells. It makes me very tired, especially in the evening. Two days of drinking two pouches a day and my energy levels are higher. I started adding Boron, Celtic salt, and real baking soda to it too and it makes it kinda fizzy and keeps my acidity level lower in my body. I’m buying another box now so I never run out. I thought it was a bit pricy but it’s way cheaper than buying a sports drink every day.

Needs salt, but otherwise great. Tastes amazing.
I love Rebound FX. It's my favorite Youngevity supplement by far. Beyond Tangy Tangerine tastes absolutely dreadful and also makes me feel sick, but Rebound FX delivers each and every time.My only beef with it, is that it's designed as a "sports drink" but contains no sodium. Which is bizarre, since Dr. Wallace himself preaches a moderate amount of salt in the diet. If this is to be a Gatorade replacement, it needs salt in it.To combat this issue, I either put 1/8 tsp of salt in my Rebound FX or a generous pinch of baking soda. This way, I am fully replacing lost electrolytes, and it's acting as a hydrating sports drink.

Best recovery drink
This seems to me to be the best recovery drink. It doesn’t taste the best by any means. In fact it taste like the old vitamins ground up and kind of orange flavored at best. Really seems to work for myself and my son. I just feel emergent depletion and hydration loss after workouts and he would get bad leg cramps. I feel replenished after drinking bit and my son doesn’t get leg cramps. It’s the best recovery sports drink I’ve found yet, just not the best tasting either.

A healthy replenisher with a great taste
I love this stuff! I drink it daily. A friend who sells the science-based but pricey Youngevity products first have us some Rebound as my husband very often works outside in Texas summer heat. It is a vitamin/mineral replenisher and pick-me-up. It tastes great and also come in a plastic jar in stead of the packets.I always have both the packets and the jar on hand ...one carries easily in my purse for away-from-home use and the other is available when at home. I have a squatty insulated mug that I begin to fill with a shot a cold filtered water. Then I fill my glass with crushed ice and top it with more water. . One tiny scoop of Rebound and a knife or fork to break it through the ice and I have a totally refreshing drink and can enjoy the ice like a healthy snow cone as I sit and work, study or watch a movie. So good:

It was old and hard.
It was going to be used as a natural energy drink. The powder was hard and had to be broke apart and put in water. It tasted as old as it was. Very disappointed, I got some from my brothers wife that was fresh powder and very good, so I ordered this and was so disappointed.
