Ive had it for a few months now and it's absolutely the go to pan for everything that i can think of cooking in it. For starters, it has a clever function that lets you know when it's sufficiently hot. The outer red ring in the center of the pan has off color squares that turn the same color as the ring when the pan has properly preheated. That's a great feature on its own, but where the pan truly shines is the hard anodized non stick surface. The pan actually delivers on the non stick promise, to the point of perfection. For instance, i can crack two eggs into the pan without oil, and as soon as they set, they can slide around freely when the pan is tilted. I had cheese from cheeseburgers drip off the side of the patties on to the pan surface, and it lifted up along with the patties when i used a spatula to pull them off. This pan also sears incredibly well. I did two ribeye steaks with butter, rosemary, and garlic (pictured) searing them and basting as i cooked them. The sear came out better than any other non stick pan I've ever tried. The pan came with a nice heavy duty lid, the lid handle is wrapped so doesn't slip or get excessively hot. Cleaning the pan is as simple as wiping it out with a paper or dish towel. I've used wooden and metal utensils while cooking and so far don't see any scratches. Buy this awesome pan.
