Aquatic Fundamentals Aquarium Stand 10 Gallon Black

This stand is pretty well useless it offers no way to securely attach the stand to the tank. You would think there is a lip at the top of the stand where the tank fits into, nope. Just a hollow frame the exact size of a 10 gallon tank. If you want your fish tank to be smashed into pieces this is the stand for you.

Arrived early, easy to assemble, very strudy. . There was no shelf on the bottom so I made one for less than $5. I brought a piece of wood from the value bin at Menard’s, had it cut to 8” by 19” and wrap it with black Griprite Non-Slip Liner. Also put a little non-slip liner under the tank because it was moving around a little on the stand. It’s perfect now!!!

The product is very sturdy so carrying a 10 gallon tank is not an issue at all the thing I really dislike about it is even with a 10 gallon tank full of water and gravel a young child could easily pull it over onto them not just buy the best happen but I think slides incredibly easy on the metal a different surface is definitely needed or include some type of non-stick material

This is a very attractive fish tank stand. It came very well packaged. All the pieces were there including a little wrench, but it did not include any instructions. I found assembly intuitive, quick, and easy. Everything fit like it should and the result was a sturdy stand.The one thing that bothered me was the only support was the frame of the stand. I thought there was maybe a glass top or some other additional support on top, but it's just the frame, so the fish tank has to be a standard rectangular 10 gallon tank and nothing else - no hexagonal tanks, no bowed tanks, nothing bigger or smaller.I do like this design better than anything I found at Petsmart. It's simple yet elegant. It lacks storage space for fish supplies, but the open frame lends a light, airy feeling that the cabinets lack. This purchase was well worth it to me. I would buy it again. Just beware of its limitations.

I purchased this stand to hold a ten gallon tank in a room with wrought-iron furniture. The stand went together very well - one screw hole at the top was slightly off, but I muscled through and made it work. Once assembled, the stand is rock solid and sturdy enough to hold the nearly 80-100 lb. weight of a filled, 10g tank.I took off one star because I would have really appreciated a bottom shelf on this stand, since there is such a naturally convenient place for one. I turned the bottom rectangle of iron upside down so that it had "cupped" sides, and built the shelf myself from a thin sheet of plywood, cut to size and covered with water-resistant vinyl fabric ($7 total between Home Depot and JoAnn's). Now it's perfect!

This is a very pretty aquarium stand, and I positioned it catty-cornered in a corner of my carpeted living room. But once I placed the filled 10 gallon tank on it, it was not as stable as I needed it to be around my small grandchildren. Not only was the stand with tank a bit top-heavy, but the tank itself did not feel secure. It could still slide a bit on top of the rack. So my husband bracketed the tank to the top of the rack, and then anchored the rack directly to the wall, to prevent any accidents. Now it is a pretty addition to our living room décor, AND it is safe and secure.

Just started caring for fish I had my 10 gallon tank on a tray table initially. Saw this on Amazon and I must say it is perfect. Matches my decor in my family room. It’s quality material. Highly recommend and the price point was reasonable.
