Small but effective.
Small but effective. It appears to be very well-made. Easy to install. Last one lasted 10 years - which is the life expectency of these devices. So no complaints here.

This is very nice. I like that you just put 2 AA batteries in the back. The ones with the tiny drawer are hard to put the batteries in. It looks very nice and is loud!

works well, but needs stronger adhesive
Revised review - reduced to 4 star: Nice small inconspicuous size, easy to install. They work well, but we have had 3 of them fall off, so the adhesive pads need improved. You'll probably need stronger adhesive to keep them in place.

Great smoke detector
This product makes a great smoke detector that isn't hooked up to any electrical system except for the battery. It's easy to check and it will beep if the batteries getting low highly recommend as it's not all that expensive either.

Easy to install, works great
This was very easy to install. The instructions with diagrams were helpful in knowing the best placement of the detector. I like how it came with the sensor covered so that any dust created during installation would not affect the effectiveness of the sensor.

2 out of 3 defective, unacceptable!!
Wish I could give zero stars. Bought 3 of these things, installed at the same time. One had low battery after a week, another had low battery a week after that! Fine, maybe the batteries they came with sucked, whatever. Replaced the batteries, of course, with the CORRECT BATTERIES (triple checked manufacturer specifications) and the first one had low battery the very same day! So frustrating! The second one started alarming for fire without reason, tried to clean it in case dust or cobweb, no luck, it goes off a few minutes after resetting fully and replacing batteries. The batteries still read full, so it is the detectors that are malfunctioning. Weird thing is, the third smoke detector is going strong 6 months with the same batteries that came in the box, but 2 out of 3 detectors being obviously defective is NOT OKAY!

لا انصح خسارة مال
بعد فترة من الاستخدام اصبح يعمل الانذار بدون اي سبب بدلت البطاريات ونظفته بأكثر من طريقة ولازال يطلق الانذار تم اعادة التشغيل عدة مرات بدون فائدة ....لا انصح نهائياً
