It didn't come with any booklets on what exercises you can do, so I had to come back to the product page and screencopy the exercises onto my phone for reference. The resistance bands do not add any real resistance, so I've actually criss-crossed them and put my foot on the cord like you usually do for any resistance bands to add more resistance. I still get a good shoulder workout. I'm able to do back extensions, ab exercises, mostly free weight (dumbbell exercises) at an incline. It's lightweight and easy for me to move around on carpet, especially when my muscles are feeling kind of weak after a hard set. In the photos, it shows the max it can lay is 180 degrees, you can extend just a little bit beyond that (maybe 200 degrees?). I really like the foot placement pads to help you do back extensions (pics attached). Lots of pins so you can adjust this at different angle/positions to fit your exercise needs. I’m 130lbs and 5’4, it has been very useful since it has a handle and another slower bar that can be adjusted to fit my needs. For example, the lower bar is very comfortable when I do sit-ups. It creates a perfect fit to rest and stabilize my legs so only abdominal muscles can pull me up, etc.The only complaint I had with it was I comes with a very simple instruction to put this bench together and that sheet is printed not clear. However, it is a simple bench with only three parts, I figured it out by myself.Little tips: there is plenty of videos online that you can find to work out with this bench.
