I've read everything and I'm still confused. I'm not one of the crossfit maniacs - I just want a band as resistance for full body workouts. Which one?

These work especially well for assisted pull-ups and dips. I've used them for resistance exercises as well; push-ups, deadlifts etc. well worth the purchase as far as I'm concerned...

the title says the set includes up to 250lbs but the description says 120lbs?

If you combine all 3 bands it will provide 250 pounds of resistance or assistance. I have ordered 2 sets of these bands for my gym so far and love them - will definitely be ordering more.

These bands are all that is needed? No hooks or straps to buy as well? Can just attach to pull up bar?

Loop it through itself over the bar and pull tight, then you are all set to go.
