I purchased this for a wall-mounted TV. I installed it on the back of the TV so that it would be out of view. As you probably know, the Apple TV is controlled by a bluetooth remote, so you don't have to point the remote or even be in the same room as the Apple TV. Therefore the Apple TV can be hidden out of sight. What is especially good about this mount is that it comes with 2 velcro strips which allows the mount to be easily attached to the back of the TV and easily removed, which is important if you need to take the TV down from the wall. Some wall-mounted TVs require that you tilt the TV back or forth in order dismount it, and that would be difficult with the Apple TV mount on the back of the TV. Also this mount is well priced and there's really no need to spend more for this type of mount.

As I have recently mounted my TV to the wall, I needed a mounting solution for my Apple TV as well. I came across this one and it's just what I need! The two mounting screws and wall anchors hold it up very easily. I have no complaints at all. The bracket itself is quite sturdy and I feel like it will hold things up with no problem. I did notice that if I mounted it on the back of my TV with the included velcro, the bluetooth signal was weakened. That's not an issue with the mount, rather the TV itself interfering.

I decided to return this right away because it was not exactly easy getting the Apple TV unit to fit in this, let alone getting it out.It left a few marks on the Apple TV putting this in and getting out, but the biggest concern and factor in deciding to return was the lack of a proper cut out for the Apple TV fan to vent hot air out of the unit.I do not recommend this particular product and express caution to those that are looking for something like this. Be sure to land on one that allows for proper air flow.

Love this but not happy the wrist strap tore off. Price-wise it is an excellent deal, just be aware that the mounting bracket is a tight fit. The controller cover is made of soft plastic, so don’t depend on the strap. Mine broke after one day, whether it was too tight or something else that is still a flaw in the design.

These mounts are great. I'm happy with the clean look I have now that I don't have cables dangling from the wall-mounted TVs. I didn't try the adhesive mounting and went straight to mounting on the wall. Takes just a minute to drill the hole, insert the anchor, and attach the mount with the screws. Secure and functions as expected. I wasn't sure I would use the silicon remote covers but they are actually pretty nice. I think I prefer the covered remote as it fits better in my hand. Can't go wrong with this bracket and the price is right.

I mounted this behind my TV to keep the Apple TV and its cables out of sight. Works great. In my last house, I put a few nails in the drywall to do the same thing, so this was definitely a step up :)One thing I'll note is that the adhesion was a bit iffy. I don't actually blame the product since adhesiveness is a bit of a balancing act depending on your paint. For mine, I replaced them with power strips. I'd assume the strips that came with it would work great for most people, so my 5-star still stands, but if yours have trouble — power strips totally do the trick.Would buy again without hesitation

When I upgraded from a 2004 Apple TV to a new 4K version, the thicker device needed a new mounting bracket. This one did the job very well. Don't miss that there is a very nice "wrapper" included for the remote. This turns out to be a very good device, giving the others too svelte Apple TV remote more self and protection. I used one mounting plus the adhesive backing to mount the unit: it seems quite secure. Good device, maybe a buck to two expensive for what it is.

Since 2015 Apple TV’s use Bluetooth for the remote connection, so there’s no need to have your Apple TV and cables visible. I used the Velcro straps to mount an Apple TV to the back of the TV in my guest room, to help keep clutter to a minimum.The silicon remote cover and wrist strap were a nice bonus. I trust myself with my electronics, but you never know what a houseguest will try to do!

Great kit. Apple TV 5th gen slides into it perfectly and holds on tight. It comes with a remote cover/protector. I wasn't expecting much of it and bought this kit only for the device mounting but the remote cover is actually pretty good. Decent quality rubber, which doesn't smell :) and in fact provides much better grip of your remote, which otherwise fells fairly small and slippery due to back shell made of metal. I really like it. The manual on the outside of the box is hilarious to say the least - it'll make you laugh, but who needs manual for something as simple as this. Overall perfect for the price!

Great all round Apple TV wall bracket.This was more of a budget item than equivalent ones for around 40% more in terms of cost.The holder first perfectly. Comes with a cover for the remote and also Velcro pads to stick to the TV or any other surface.In my view this is the same as other brands with a much higher price tag.

I was really sceptical due to the price but when It arrived and fitted the case on the remote I was shocked at how well it fitted and the weight of it. It allows you to hold it comfortably and it rests perfectly on the sofa arm. The box case is not the best fit for some reason and I was worried it would break and the Velcro is useless cause when the tv heats up it peels off. Only way to mount is via the provided screws.

I could not fault the mounting bracket or the rubber bumper case for the remote control. I wouldn't trust the strength of the self-adhesive pads, however. I will use screws to secure it to the wall or plastic cable ties to attach it to my TV wall mounting brackets.

I bought this to fit an Apple TV to a wall mounted tv. The holder is small but well made, came with some fixings but I used my own, very happy with the finished install.
