It blurred my tapes as they play from using it, how do I correct it?

I don't know because he put the tape as he has used the wet head cleaner before many times but this one as soon as he put the cleaner in it didn't work so. He ejected it and it came out with the ribbon dangling

May be let it dry after cleaning. You may be adding too much cleaning liquid.
