KendaK299 Bear Claw ATV Bias Tire - 24x11.00-10

Just what we were expecting.

The picture is somewhat deceptive as the tread is not as deep as it appears. We could have bought a set of 4 of "something else" for $100 less, nice looking deep lugs, but it was mostly 2 ply rated. Which has proven to be a problem on the trails we ride. These are 6, and after a years worth of twice monthly riding I'm impressed.I have "ag tires" on my ATV for the mud. My wife has easily followed me everywhere I've went. I've lost a third of my tread in a year, hers look brand new. Better stability while hugging walls or going down asphalt roads at speed. I've had to add air twice, 1 or 2 psi tops. But I did take the time to cleanup the insides of the rims.They will arrive tightly strapped together and you will need to give them time to expand. As it was winter I used a small heater. Smear lots of lube on -clean- rims and don't exceed the seating pressure (30 psi? It's on the sidewall). If you are going to do this yourself then please bolt the rim to the ATV first. Sidewall blowouts can be "impressive", as in take your arm or head off.Oh, and, I'll be buying these when my tires (soon) wear out.

1 tire had been stored for so long on it’s side we couldn’t get the bead to seat. Had to use a tube.

Found these on Amazon for my John Deere gator. Prices was right compared to other more expensive options. I’ve had them on for about a month. Seem to be working great so far. Time will tell.

The guy I buy my tires from told me to look on Amazon for tires because buying them locally was outrageous. I got these for half the price and they worked great for what I needed!

Bought these to put on an old 2001 mule diesel as my old tire were dry rotted and traction was an issue. I have to say I am very impressed so far. traction is excellent in boggy muddy soil and snow. For example on 20% grades with 4-6 inches of snow these things just go! Surprisingly dry pavement travel is very smooth and responsive as well. These tires have a nice wide flat profile more like a radial than a bias ply. As a farmer who uses his equipment daily I would highly recommend these tires.One important thing to mention. These tires are sized SMALL. I purchased 24 x 11 -10 and they are barely the same height as the 23 x 11 - 10 Stock Maxis tires they replaced. The width compared to stock was the same.

These made a nice improvement on my 2wd 4-wheeler. The stock tires were pretty worn, and became instantly stuck in any mud. With these tires I have a much better chance of making it through the slop. They are excellent on dirt/gravel/rock but maybe my hopes were a little too high regarding mud. There is no substitute for 4wd when it comes to deep mud, and despite what some reviews say, you will not "be keeping up with the 4wd'ers" I was pretty impressed with their snow performance though. The difference was night and day from the stock tires.Still, I don't believe you will find a better tire for the price than Kenda Bear Claws. That it is why I am still giving them 5 stars. There may be a tire that will let a 2wd play in the mud, but it will be twice the price.

Looks great. Really goes in mud and snow. I don't have to worry about getting stuck anymore.
