This fan is for fan clutch applications or conversion. It won't fit with the factory spacer.

Great product by Derale...Whoever they are.
A solid well made fan blade which was attached to a Hayden 2797 Severe Duty clutch...The idiots over at Hayden have no cross-reference for a proper blade that works with their Severe Duty clutch. All they could tell me was that it is to be used with the OEM blade and they actually don't sell a blade for their own 2797 clutch. Of course, my truck never came with a clutch fan, but anyway, this blade works great with that clutch and with no unusual vibration, or any at all for that matter. I have it mounted to a 1971 Ford F100 with 302cid motor and here in Arizona I can sit in traffic and don't have any problems with overheating...4 core radiator w/shroud of course. Forgot to mention, the fit was tight and had to be seated with bolts to get flush...A good thing in my opinion, just make sure any aluminum shaved from the clutch doesn't get in between the blade and clutch. Just to be clear, it wasn't so tight as to seem improperly made/dimensioned. I would rate it just right for a solid no play mount to the Hayden clutch.

Fantastic, High Quality American-Made Fan!
I am adding A/C to my car and upgrading the cooling system as well at the same time. I purchased this fan to couple to my new fan clutch as the car originally did not have a clutch. I was very happy with the high quality and finish of this fan. To top it off, it is made in America and is priced very nicely at just over $40 bucks. I am very happy with this purchase!

Chevy 454 clutch fan replacement
I have stock 1971 BBC fan and the bolt pattern size didn't match correct replacement thermal clutch. So I ordered this replacement fan. It took 3 tries until they sent the correct fan. I installed on new thermal clutch with new hardware. I fired up my Chevelle and was completely blown away literally this thing moves a ton of air. It is recommended if you need better air flow.

Fits Ford 80-86 F100/150
Fits in my F100 and added a fan clutch to replace an old flex fan. New fan works as it should.

Recommend to fit the fan clutch I ordered it didn’t.
Was advertised as fitting a fan clutch I ordered. It doesn’t fit. Returning it incurs shipping costs and it is not an economical choice. Not happy with outcome.
