Super spacious!

I don't usually write reviews, but I was so thrilled with this purchase. Not only is the bag exactly as described, but the customer service was fantastic. I initially ordered the gray, but by the time the item was going to ship, the seller let me know the color was sold out and offered a black replacement bag to be shipped ASAP or a full refund. The messages were not long after I ordered, which means a short turn around time. The item arrived quickly and perfectly wrapped to ensure that no damage would be done during shipping (you literally never know what shipping looks like these days).Just all around so pleased, would definitely order from this seller again, and I am grateful to have a Christmas gift out of the way early!

This was a very nicely made bag. It was roomy but very bulky. I traded it for the same bag with wheels
