Is the bar like the chocolate brownie with chunks of chocoate?

Yes, this flavor is like a chocolate "brownie" bar or like a soft, chewey protein bar. It has chunks of chocolate throughout the bar. This is my favorite flavor it's really good. Make sure they are fresh. I ordered from a seller and the bars were not fresh. I then reordered from Amazon and got fresh product. Big difference! !!

Has anyone tried the new version of these with the corn fiber? How is the taste? Do any of the stevia flavored bars taste ok?

The reformulated Bars taste pretty similar to me. Supposedly they will keep the bars softer. Stevia flavors are great. No aftertaste IMO

What kind of sweetener is used in these bars?

Some of the bars only use Stevia, which are the ones I buy. The others use an artificial sweetener but I can't remember the name. The Quest website has good information about the ingredients.

What is the expiration date for the double chocolate chunk if I order this week?
