Ordered because my rulers slip with another product that was supposed to keep them from slipping. I chose this because of high ratings and it is wonderful. My rulers don’t slip anymore! After you use up the dots you can still use the background sandpaper because it is also adhesive backed so a lot of material in each package!

Outstanding to keep sewing tools in place.
I read a review about another similar product...this began my search to find the best for my buck. I am using these on all my Plexiglas squares, as well as on my rulers. The really seem to hold the tools in place, even on very slippery fabric. I was very skeptical of the silicon grippers and opted for these with the rougher surface. I have no concern about them being too rough and harming the fabric. Anyone who uses a minimum of care in placing and picking up the tools should have no fear of harming their delicate fabric.

Highly effective. No movement
I've used the clear plastic options for stabilizing my templates with little to no success. These have made a world of difference and do not budge once in place.

Holds ruler tightly against the fabrics so I can make accurate cuts.
These little sticky sandpaper disks are great to keep your rulers from sliding when you are cutting fabrics with a ruler and rotary cutter. I have hand and arm issues and it is very difficult for me to hold the ruler straight. These little disks grab the fabric and hold it tightly so my ruler does not slip. Great product.
