Easy-peasy
Arrived same day. Amazing. Easy to install. Works great. I am so glad we can order this on Amazon and we don’t have to go from store to store looking for it. The price is reasonable and we can’t get it anywhere else less expensive. The fact it came same day was a huge plus. Online shopping is a great option.

We have a fairly nice printer, but we only keep black ink in it to save money. We only print documents and coupons with it. But I found this color and black pack cheaper than I can buy one black cartridge! I was going to have to buy a color one soon for projects we are working on. I know I can trust these cartridges as I have been buying them for our printer since 2008. I have printed pictures and many other multi colored documents with this ink. And sometimes the ink sits for months before we use it and I have never had any complaints about it. I know there are recycled inks, but I am afraid of the quality and would rather be able to trust the ink than save more money. I only use the color ink for very important things - so it needs to reliable. I am also happy to have saved the money this time!!!

Overpriced good product.
Yes, this is a popular name brand. Yes, the product is good. However the price on ink is outrageous and both my husband and I feel that the product actually does not hold as much ink as it used to. But we keep buying it it because of the trust ability factor of the name brand. I’m always anxious to order ink that has been recycled. The print quality is quite decent and if you are sure that you’re ordering the right size it will be compatible. If not, you wasted your time.

Excellent! and with additional rewards!
I was nerveous about purchasing ink cartridges online, but figured, if there was a problem, I have the back up of Amazon's guarantee and easy returns. So I got my ink cartirdges within 2 days, opened them up, put them in and did the cartridge alignment and test print. It worked perfectly! Once I finished installing them and printing the test print, I got a pop up on my screen that said thank you for purchasing authentic HP ink cartirdges, for doing so you are eligbble for a free reward-choose your reward! I had a list of about 6 choices of rewards and choose free photo creations software. I downloaded it, installed it and started playing with it. So, I got cheaper ink than purchasing in a store, saved on gas and time by buying them online, got the perfect product that works great and got a free photo software for doing so! Add fast and free shipping to all that and you have one super duper happy and excited customer! I love Amazon.com! and of course, my bank account and hubby are happy about all the savings too!!!! Oh, and the company sent me info for the next purchase too-they will take care of any issues if any should arise and they offered 10% off future purchases! WIN WIN WIN WIN! Black ink doesn’t last long
The black ink did not last long Replaced cartridge in my printer early March and by May 14th it was empty and had barely printed 15 pages with black ink Not sure how much ink they are filling cartridges with but it’s not lasting very long at all Very disappointing!!

If there were 100 Stars that's what I would give, the service is BEYOND AWESOME, DELIVERY SPEED WAS BEYOND AWESOME, THE PRO DUCT WAS BEYOND AWESOME. PRICE ALSO WAS AWESOME. I often wonder if the people that write these reviews work for the company, and just give it 5 stars, let assure you I don't. I was a bit doubtful about buying the produce online, not sure if the cartridge would fit my printer, or if there would be something wrong with it, so far no problems, I've only had it for a month, but so far so good. The cartridge fit perfectly, the print came out darker then the XL, that I had previously, price was better than local listed. If you're wondering about buying this, and a bit doubtful, I would say don't they are AWESOME. Your experience may not me as mine, life is a gamble, so far so good so if you're thinking about it, do what I did, search a few , add them to your cart and then compare your choices, this company will will surely win
