This in turn keeps the eyes natural lubricants flowing better which in turn can help w dry eyes. Moist heat masks help too. As always check w your eye doctor but this is a regimen I believe everyone should do to maintain good eye health. **Q: Can heat damage this product? (Package delivered to my roadside mailbox in 90 degree heat; left there for an hour)** A: Most over the counter pharmaceutical products must be stable to the expiration or best by date on the container in storage to 86 degrees, with occasional excursions for brief periods (1 to 2 hours) for delivery, car rides home etc. An hour at 90 degrees (or even up to 96 degrees) should qualify as such an excursion. However, if the cleanser does not look, feel, smell or dispense from the can in the way you would expect, I would contact the manufacturer. **Q: Does this kill bacteria?** A: I can’t say that it kills bacteria for sure, but it is a foamy soap and you have to rub it on your eye lids and rinse.
