I’ve been using this product for about a month and the results have exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I was on GLP-1’s for weight loss for almost 1 1/2 years before my insurance stopped covering the cost and the meds became too expensive for me to pay out of pocket. During the time period I had lost 120 lbs and after stopping the shots, I immediately gained about 30 lbs back over a course of 3 months. I was so devastated because I was not only gaining weight back because my appetite was OUT OF CONTROL…but I also felt bloated all the time, never felt satisfied no matter how much I ate and was craving all the wrong things. In addition to that, my body was retaining water like crazy. I tried a few different appetite suppressants but none of them seemed to make a difference…until I tried the Thin 30 Probiotics!!!! I immediately noticed a slight decrease in my appetite and I gelt a sense of self control again. Fast forward 4 weeks and I am feeling great! No longer bloated, my appetite has been suppressed significantly and I almost feel now like I’m back on the GLP-1 shots. I feel fuller faster and am not “starving” so it gives me a sense of control over making healthy food choices and maintaining portion control. Complete game changer!!! I ran out of these and thought I could just take my regular probiotics and they would work the same definitely not. This product makes me feel the slimmest really helps with bloating. It’s absolutely amazing. I will never go without it again.

I took this consistently for a month, but didn't notice any change to my weight loss. I've been steadily losing about 1 - 2lbs per week from diet and exercise, and was hoping this would help give a small boost. I didn't notice any change, so that was a little disappointing. However, I did notice some positive changes after taking it for about 2 weeks. I just felt better overall- less stomach/digestive issues, more energy, a little decrease in appetite and cravings. I've now switched to a more generic version of pro-biotic from this brand. Still have all the positives listed above, but for a slightly cheaper price than this weight loss-targeted one.

Make no mistake it’s a !!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!! rating for me. I am very disciplined in what I put in my body. I don’t eat fast food, nor junk food. I eat healthy, well balanced meals within my nutritionist provided guidelines I decided to try this product due to having my gallbladder removed. It was suggested by my doctor to assist in breaking down the food, and absorbing the nutrients. Which is crucial after having a gallbladder removed. I did a bunch of research which led me to this product. Yet, this probiotic made me severely sick to my stomach!! Dizzy, light headed, continuous restroom visits, the works. I understand there are variables, as well as every gut adjusts to a new product differently, especially one of this nature. However, varied factors or not, the “break in” shouldn’t be this rough, especially whilst using as recommended. Moreover, when I tried to return this item and was denied. Even though I’m well within the 30 day window. Due to what the product is, I presume ( unclear in denial, no reason given). Unsure if it was actually stated or not. If that’s the reason, I shouldn’t have assumed the 30 return policy applied to all products across the board, as well as my norm is to keep said product. I should have triple checked all of the description. So, that parts on me. Take away, if you’ve had a removal, and a healthy diet be prepared to have potential results like mine. Furthermore, once purchased/used at all, it’s all yours, no refund. No tacksies- backsies.

I have used this for years and its been great, it helps me with my food noise and it helps with fasting/ weight loss. 10/10 this is my favorite strain from this brand.

To improve your health, your GUT needs to be fed with the right probiotic. I have tried several probiotics with higher and lower price tags. I learned that a price tag doesn't mean better. Discovering Physician CHOICE was a game changer. This probiotic has decreased digestive pain, gas, and bloating. Please take my advice and try this product.
