I've shied away from oils in favor of other pre-shave products because the oil would hang around on the floor of the shower and would need to be specifically washed away. That was annoying enough, but they didn't seem to help out much. This is a good quality pre-shave oil. I get nice results with it. This oil doesn't travel around and get all over the place - including the floor. It's almost sticky by comparison and stays on your hands so you can apply it to your face. My only complaint is the squirt bottle is kind of wonky and I have to This is my new favorite pre-shave product.
