The bottle arrived this morning and I took one pill mid morning with a small snack. OMG! This gives you the fullness that Mounjaro gives you in a pill. I'm starting off with one pill to see how it goes. It says to take it at night because it makes you drowsy, but I haven't experienced that symptom. If this works this well, I recommend it to anyone who has been on Mounjaro or Zebound and just came off it. This helps with curving hunger and cravings.
