Zach offers lots of helpful practice ideas and clear do's and don'ts to keep you on the right track.
I love the conversational style, clear descriptions and helpful roadmap to help anyone improve in their piano skills. I love that Zach takes hard concepts and simplifies them so everyone can learn. His strategies are helping my 9 year old daughter at the same time they are helping mom, who has a Master's Degree.

Great teacher. Great techniques. This WILL make a difference in your playing. It already did for me and I just started.
I've been playing piano badly and half badly all my life. My most often repeated limiting statements about my own piano playing were: "I'm not really good at all. I don't know how to do riffs and runs. I can't improvise. I'm not really a musician." On and on, and for all my life it was pretty much true except somehow I managed to sell songs and get my music into movies and TV. But I still could never jam. Until I saw some Zach Evans videos and tried some of his techniques and listened to his instructions and motivational videos about learning how to play scales fast. I have to admit, I'm a horrible student, I hardly ever practice, I love to play but I tend to stick to what I know and don't venture out too far. All that is slowly changing but what I noticed almost immediately? After just learning 2 simple techniques from Zach, I am now able to riff fairly fast now on one scale (blues scale in B) but seriously, faster than I've ever been able to play, ever. And accurately. I have 11 keys to go! And it may take me all year. But Zach's the guy.

A Book True By The Cover
Zach Evans delivers in providing clear instruction including a clear plan in learning the musical scales. He starts with the basics and then accelerates the learning with exercises. This is helping my piano playing. I love how he shows everything so that I can follow.

A small investment for the serious beginner player.
This brief booklet gives tips on how to make practising scale exercises easier and varied. I liked the rhythm method because it seemed to gel with my way of thinking. Although Zach’s methods are simple, I had not heard of them before. To me, this booklet was worth every cent; it cost less than a piano lesson and about the same as a Big Mac. The only difference is -- you get to keep this forever and you can refer to it again if desired. In my opinion, seriously, it’s a bargain. Inside the Kindle download, Lightning Fast Piano Scales: A Proven Method to Get Fast Piano Scales in 5 Minutes a Day (Piano Lessons, Piano Exercises) there are a couple of links to videos that demonstrate his methods. This booklet also includes a downloadable chart of the various scales and finger patterns--most helpful. Zach’s tip for a faster thumb-under technique was clever. Strangely, my old piano tutor never taught me that. Highly recommended for the beginner piano player and for anyone who is struggling with timing and fluidity.

Love zach’s style! Encouraging & easy to understand.
I’m old and wanted to learn something other than chop-sticks! (Only kidding) But I am an absolute beginner who would love to play southern gospel style music. Zach is so encouraging and simple to understand. He remembers and can relate to what it’s like to be a beginner. Thank you!

Varies according to knowledge level
If you are a beginning pianist this is a great book for you to buy. Absolutely! It is very concise and well written. It contains no musical notation except for 2 measures. If you are more advanced but only play songs it is good for learning basic scales. Good enough isn't. This will show you the proper way to do it.If you are a more advanced player who wants to learn how to rip off lightening fast diminished scales or ones with suspensions, it's not here. This only covers your basic major/minor scales. I read the entire book in 15 minutes. This is more coaching than instruction and the title is 100% hyperbole.
