Excellent whole house filter - highly recommended
The filter produced excellent tasting water from my well system, with odor and flavor both noticeably improved. Rust deposits on my fixtures throughout the house are now gone. Flow hasn’t decreased since installing. This kit comes ready to install onto pex or copper with push fittings. Installation should be straightforward for anyone with a little DIY experience. Just note that you’ll need about 4 horizontal feet and something load bearing to mount the filter bracket. For reference, the plywood in the photo is 3’x6.5’, with just over a foot excess pipe after the shutoff on the left side. Filter replacements are inexpensive compared to other 3 stage systems. And filter changes are easy with the built in shut off valves. Overall highly recommended.

Great product and customer service
We have well water, and this filtration system has been a great addition to our home. While the installation wasn’t overly simple, my husband was able to install it himself without needing professional help. The system feels solid and well made, and the water quality has been excellent so far. What really impressed us was the customer service — Nick and his team were responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. Overall, this seems like a high-quality product, and we’re very happy with our purchase.

WOW! Better than I expected
Can't believe I waited so long since moving to Florida to install this. Literally everything is better. No longer need a water pitcher filter to have tea/coffee taste good. Can drink right out of the tap. And the shower is so much better. No chlorine smell and no dry skin. And still get the same strong water pressure! I had it professionally installed and the plumber said he has one in his house as well and loves it. Nick from iSpring was great and helped me initiate the warranty. Highly recommend!

Quality and highly functional
My municipal water fouled everything in the house. I knew it was time to change that and change it did! I also added a softener as the water was hard. The water quality has improved; no more smell and taste. I look forward to a longer life in my faucets and appliances. No more buying bottled water! Also when calling for the warranty, Nick was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I recommend this company without reservation!

System sucks.
This product sucks. To remove or change filters you literally have to use the tool and beat it with a hammer because they are on so tight and the reason they are on so tight is to prevent water leaks period I had to put my new filters in and beat this with a hammer again breaking the stupid plastic tool in order to stop the seals from leaking water. I would definitely not recommend this system to anybody especially for the cost at $650 and a $150 every filter change. This is definitely one of the worst products I've ever spent my money on. I literally had to reinforce the removal tool because it had broken already wants and even after reinforcement with metal and bonding agents it's still broke. Total piece of China junk. Next filter change will definitely be getting rid of this piece of crap system.

Great Company
We have city water, but you just can't be too careful these days. After much reading and research I purchased the iSpring WGB32BM 3-Stage Whole House Water Filtration System. Our water tastes great, and better yet we know it is the perfect drinking water for our family. Our last house had a similar system, but iSpring has been the better system in our opinion. Now, not everything went perfectly, but the company handled the issues we had. That kind of service is rare in today's world. I waited two years to write this review, as I wanted to be sure we were pleased with the product, and I can say with confidence, we are are very pleased. It was easy to instal, and does not take up much room in our basement closet. If you are on the fence about purchasing a whole home filtration system, do not hesitate. Your health and wellbeing will thank you for cleaning up the delicious water you put into your cup used with all of your cooking.

Wow! This system. Works great. Better tasting water.
So far I've had it installed 3 months. I called customer service with a question and they told me that I ordered the wrong filter kit for ground well water. They sent me the correct filters for municipal water at no charge. When I changed the filters, the stage one filter was gross. I-SPRING is definitely doing its job. Customer service was friendly and informative. I definitely recommended this whole house filter system.

What a difference these filters make!
I moved into my first home with well water and I am an admitted neophyte. After a short time in the new house, the water quality in terms of its smell (sulfur) and appearance (brown staining) became much worse. I contracted with a company to test the water so that I knew what I needed to treat. Once the testing was done, I had a difficult time understanding the results. At that point I began doing filter technology research and came across the iSpring system. I reached out to them and they were happy to help design my system. They reviewed my water report and made valuable recommendations to the system design. The system was easy to install as you can see in the photos. I strongly recommend a very robust mounting, as the manifold is very heavy once filled with water. The filter systems works very well. My water was quite smelly and dirty. It is now crystal clear and without odor. For reference, I have a 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house with three people living in it. I have a pre-filter and installed the system with a bypass. I STRONGLY recommend installing the system with a bypass. I had a small issue with slight canister leak and Nick at iSPring helped solve it immediately. He was also the same person who helped design my system.

This is a big system, especially with the auto 50 micron spin down pre-filter, spaning over 4 feet wide with included Shark Bite ball valves. Installed with 3/4 PEX and works like a charm, no pressure drop, clean and silky to wash in. We are on city water at the end of a line with deep well with water that is notoriously brown staining the shower grout and marble tiles. Spin down pre-filter also works like a charm. Caution to installers, ensure the drain hose is pinned down in the drain bc it will blast out soak everything blasting out at line pressure. Also shocked to see the granular particles caught in the Spin-Down prefilter. On first install and running for 15 mins the prefilter was covered in brown gunk. Now the water has no odor and tastes fresh and clean. And based on the capacity we should be good for at least a year before filter changes. Only one complaint. We spent hours looking for fittings to join the Spin-Down to the inlet on iSpring 3-Stage. We had to bastardize copper and brass fittings costing $60 found at an HVAC shop, plus 4 hours driving to 4 plumbing shops. I highly recommend iSpring offer purchase of the fittings to save time and effort. Regardless, still very pleased with the quality of the filters and water quality. I would highly recommend these products.

I recently bought and installed the three-stage filtration system from Ispring: WGB32B-PB, and I needed some advice from their technical support. Sean provided us all the support and advices. I recommend this product, easy to install and maintain. Thank you again, Sean, for your help and support.

Francis was very helpful. This filter will help with the water but not make it drinkable. We still have hard water spots and white stuff on our facuets.. this may be a very entry level solution.
