Great webcams at a great price. 1080 HD video is great on company webinars. Device is easy to configure. Just plug into USB port and a few clicks to set as default viewer and audio on a desktop PC.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished camera but this thing looks brand new, just that it doesn’t come with original boxing but came with all the paperwork and guides needed to get this setup.It was true plug and play and zoom and Microsoft Teams recognized the camera right away and it was easy to start using. The microphone works well too so no need to purchase an additional one.All in all this was a great purchase and well within the budget I was dealing with.Would recommend to the zoom user or Microsoft teams user. Camera quality is good and the focus stays on you even while you’re moving around

This webcam is far better than the built in one on my fairly high-end laptop - which is newer than this webcam. The image is much clearer.The microphone on the webcam also works well. I use the webcam on my desktop computer, positioned on top of a monitor that lacks a built-in webcam or microphone. With about 3 feet between me and the webcam, the microphone picks up my voice well. Have never had a complaint from anyone on a video call.The problem with using this webcam with a desktop rather than laptop computer is that the cord is too short to plug into the computer. It needs a USB extension cable. Don’t get the cheapest one you can find. At one point, I thought the webcam had broken but instead it was the USB extension cable. It’s good to have a spare around in case that happens to you!The webcam has a wider angle than laptop webcams, so it captures much more of your background. You can adjust the dimensions settings to make it narrower. Even so, I ended up getting a privacy screen to put behind me for work calls.I am very glad to have had this webcam since the pandemic began. It’s made video calls much easier than if I’d had to use my laptop cam with its lower resolution. Highly recommend!

This cam is perfect for tests for WGU. Haven’t had any issues and the quality is pretty good as well. You’ll need a tripod separately but it still rotates and moves vertically as well.

I bought this camera specifically because it was one that WGU recommended and it’s been amazing. The picture quality is clear, no weird lags or random outages. It fits nicely on multiple different tripods. Super easy to connect and wgu will be satisfied with this one.

This is my 1st time of trying an external webcam. I expected a transcendental improvement over the built-in webcam of my laptop. But this was not the case. It was NOT even as clear as soon as I plugged it. I will be returning it immediately. For the records, I use a Lenovo 2021 Think Pad( Intel Corei5)-RAM 16G, internal memory 1000G. The Lenovo cam surprisingly is a lot CLEARER.

I use the microphone in the camera for video conferencing in Zoom and Google Meet. Sound quality using the camera mic is great as confirmed by the other people on the call.
