Gluten free, non-GMO, vegan, no BPA, and the company supports Certified Sourcing, Sustainable Forestry Initiative
I actually didn't know what a nice, versatile product I was buying until they were delivered and I looked more closely at the label. I love Pad Thai; it was probably one of the first Thai dishes I tried years ago, so I knew I'd like the flavor. I did not know that this is a gluten free product. I don't require gluten free for myself, but I do have some friends with that dietary requirement. I do much prefer non-GMO foods and this one is.I love noodles and will often caramelize a red onion and saute sliced red and yellow peppers to put over a plate of noodles - satisfies my eyes and my taste buds. I was surprised when I discovered that this is a very good product for preparing like this or in a similar fashion because it does have that good flavor sauce that thickens nicely. So, if you enjoy stir fry, this is a very handy product to have available. Also, because it qualified for the Prime Pantry program, the price was reasonable. The only complaint I have about it is the same complaint that I have for the majority of convenience foods - too much salt! Yes, I know all life requires a certain amount, it enhances flavor and is a preservative. I don't know why a few food companies are able to greatly reduce the sodium levels and still provide a great product, but the majority still give us salt in amounts that would be desired only if we still used salt as a form of currency. Okay, climbing off my high horse and getting on with life . . .In spite of the rant, I do recommend this product. Because of my disability, I can no longer spend much time preparing meals so I'm very pleased with the items I find that do care about nutrition and help me put together a flavorful and healthy meal quickly. I also use this as part of my emergency food storage - no, I don't have anywhere near the knowledge about such things as the folks we see on the news or YouTube, but thanks to a friend in Utah, I do at least make an effort with his help.

if I get super busy I sometimes am so distracted that I don't ...
Because of the way my new work schedule is, I typically eat lunch at my desk... however, if I get super busy I sometimes am so distracted that I don't realize I'm hungry. Or by the time I do, it is almost time to go home. So about a 1/3 of my packed lunches were going to waste. These are nice alternatives. I can keep them in my desk drawer and eat them when the mood strikes. It tastes fine and will tide me over. Is it a super filling, 5 star gourmet meal... no. But it isn't meant to be. The ingredient list is better than a cup-o-noodles, and while anything like this has a lot of sodium, they aren't complete calorie bombs.I will order these again.

Add PB, soy and hot sauce. AMAZING
I'm giving this a 5 because it's so hard to find tasty, FAST, healthy, gluten free food when you are in a hurry. These have been my go to since I got them a couple weeks ago and I'm on my last one today.Per another reviewer I've actually never eaten it just as it comes. I always add a spoonful of peanut butter, hot sauce and soy sauce. OMG. It's the most amazing comfort food, flavor explosion. LOVE IT!

Not as expected
This would receive a negative review if possible. The microwave option for this is horrible. It is gluten free but I did not have a good experience. I tried two different microwaves before I realized it was the product. It tasted funny and all the noodles don't cook evenly. The flavor is inconsistent from package to package. I wish this was what I expected because I am always looking for a good quality lunch while at work.

Doesn't taste much like pad thai... but it's pretty good!
This tasted like lime, cilantro, onions, and a faint whiff of peanut. I liked it - but I'm a big fan of citrusy flavors. It wasn't thick like a pad, thai -- watery like ramen. I followed a couple of tips from online regarding it... I added a dash of cayenne pepper and cooked it in my own mug instead of the wax paper bowl provided. It was certainly edible, and certainly better than ramen, and took almost 0 effort to make. A+ quick food in my opinion. I'll have to try it with the peanut butter in the future.

The end result doesn't taste much like pad thai
I followed another reviewer's suggestion to add peanut butter and sriracha. I also added some cooked chicken breast as well some raw shredded carrots and zucchini. The end result doesn't taste much like pad thai, but it's an ok tasting, filling, and reasonably nutritious meal.

Add some peanut butter before microwaving!
Wow, I was about to throw these away and give them 2 stars but then I tried the peanut butter and I added some crushed red peppers and wow it's so much better. The texture is still on the soggy side but at least now the flavor is much better.

Mehhh
This was the only McDougals soup I didn't like... I think its the peanuts, it throws off the taste and they are not a good texture for a soup IMHO....
