If you are gluten free, this is an amazing flour. I use it in all of my recipes without using Xanthan, it just works well for everything!

Doesn't taste like flour
Bought this when I was doing a Paleo diet and wanted an alternative to flour. Made pizza crust and it was dry and tasted like cardboard. For the $20 price tag, there are better gluten free flours out there.

Finally I have found an alternative to wheat flour
I was very skeptical because I have tried so many gluten free, low carb or paleo friendly flour alternatives. All have fallen short in some aspect or another; whether it be taste, smell or overall consistency. The evening I received this I had to open the package to smell and sample. So pleasantly surprised at the feel, taste and smell. I was concerned that the coconut taste and smell would overpower this formulation but I am happy to report that the aroma is pleasant. I could not detect the coconut in it. I made a muffin cake. Rises similarly to wheat flour. I think I could have used less flour which is a plus. The taste is full of flavor and the consistency was on point. I will update this review as I try other recipes.

Good gluten free without high carbs
This is my favorite all around flour substitute. I use a scant cup substitute for I cup regular flour and it doesn’t come out dry. Good for things like pumpkin bread, cornbread, carrot cake, pancakes and most drop cookies. Doesn’t make a bad (pat in) pie crust. —- it’s expensive, but it’s worth trying

Pricy, but fabulous, used successfully for my wedding reception food
I have celiac, so I’m sooooo happy I found this. Ordered it for my wedding reception, the restaurant subbed it in for products that needed flour, and everything was delicious. They used a 1:1 ratio for flour requirements. The cake was a bit more dense, but flavor was amazing and no one could believe it wasn’t made with regular flour. If you are grain-free, you should give this flour a try! I will never be without it in my pantry💘
