Follow the instructions for best results. Setting a regular schedule for it really helped keep me from getting discouraged and giving up. I logged the date I started using it and made a note 3 months in the future to check to see if there has been any progress. It didn't take that long before I saw slower and finer growth. Some areas are more stubborn than others and take more time. My note to myself are mainly a reminder that it takes time, and don't get discouraged or give up.
