Helpful when removing oil filter but some times its difficult to use depending on your oil filter position

I tried a rubber strap on my oil filter but it wouldn't budge. These did the trick after I cut the handles down with an angle grinder to fit in the engine bay of my A3. Bear in mind these can destroy the filter, not usually an issue if it's an old one you are replacing.

I got this tool to remove fiat 500 oil filter which is small but this tool was able to take it off. It took me about 10 mins to get to grips with it. And eventually it opened the filter loose I don't think without this tool o would've been able to do this job. Awesome piece of kit and highly recommend for DIY oil changers out there. This worked.

I have never used or needed one of these tools as I have always serviced my car myself, and usually can undo my oil filter by hand. However my partners car is another story, this was one of my impulsive buys as I spent most of my afternoon trying to get this oil filter off by hand but to no success.This product caught my eye as this was only £8 and came with prime delivery, perfect.The item came quickly and packaged well which is well expected of Amazon prime, so no problems there .When taking the item out of its packaging , it feels very well made and weighty. As soon as it arrived I was under the car and had the stuck filter off with in seconds. Very simple to use and is adjustable so will suit the majority of metal canister style oil filters.For the price that you pay for this product you won’t get better value from what I’ve seen. This is a substantial piece of tool. Not the lightweight skinny "just about'll do". It has weight to it and would say over engineered given that it's primary aim is for engine oil filters.This gripped the oil filter no problem and the decent lenght gave it good leverage.It has three size options. I needed the middle size (75mm filter). The pivot point comes ready greased.Go get one! Its priced better than most and will last generations.Goodyear did right to put their name to this tool!

Good addition to my toolbox well made and feels solid when using not flimsy and for a great price 👍
