This is hands down my favorite scalp scrub! I have tried so many and this one is just the best. It had large bead like scrub that turn into shampoo once you rub it. It's the only one that takes the built up residue out of my hair. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

We've used this before as well as other products that do similar. This one is by far the most affective and leaves the scalp feeling invigorated and "buffed out". Highly recommend. Will be buying more.

It's been a really dry winter, and this charcoal scrub helped avoid product build up and any stray flakes from arriving.I recommend use with one of those silicon scrubbing shampoo brushes (the spiky looking things) to help get to your scalp rather than your hair. This will also help you use much less product. Ensure you lather very well - until your arms start to get tired. The scrub dissolves into a lather so you aren't hurting yourself with too much scrubbing. For my usual routine of not much, that feels more complex than I prefer.I use with a different brand of conditioner. I definitely wish it was cheaper, but will reorder when I run out.

along with a clarifying shampoo this helped solved an issue I was having with too much dandruff/lint in my hair (and haribrush)

I love the On the Rocks shampoo and conditioner; they work really well and the scent is unbelievable. But this stuff...I don't know. I have really thick (and really short) hair, and the scrub part is gone before it hits my scalp. You have to use a lot of product to get your whole head lathered. I'm going back to the shampoo and conditioner
