Smooth glass touch surface. Good instructions.Less than perfect alignment on phone's display glass, but still very good. Camera lens protector was touchy to install with my large fingers. Had to use a fine point tweezer to help line that part up, to avoide handling the adhesive side.This came with a jig--a plastic frame, that is supposed to fit around the phone during installation, to correctly align and center the protector with the phone screen when you apply it. It is a good idea and it works OK. But it was still a little fussy to get the screen protector lined up with the phone screen glass, especially the other edges and the cut out for the front camera. It works fine and I am glad I installed it. But the edges of the protector look a bit like they are not making contact with the slightly curved surfaces at the edges of the phone display. Since the phone is in a case it works and looks just fine. I found that I needed to increase the phone's touch sensitivity setting to accommodate the screen protector. Before changing that setting, the touch screen was not responding as well--not registering some touches, requiring multiple or exaggerated pokes. The setting change was an easy, and very necessary fix.

I love everything about this screen protector. The ONLY issue I had was that I installed the protector for the camera lenses and as you can see in the photos I uploaded, when the protector is on for the lenses, and you use a flash, the photo will wash out. When you remove it from the lenses, there is no problem.

This is the one you want. The kit has everything you need, and the glass is of good quality. The installation frame fit my phone snugly and the alignment was perfect. The fingerprint reader works well but improved after I reset my fingerprints.After two years of use, one corner of the protector started to lift up and developed a small crack. I contacted the manufacturer who promptly sent me a new kit. When paired with quality products, that level of customer service will win my repeat business every time. Well done, MP-MALL, well done.

I had left my house and realize I did not have my phone so I headed back home. Parked my jeep, jumped out and there was my phone face down on the ground. I most likely ran it over twice. Once going and once coming back. I was terrified to turn it over. However, not one scratch or crack on my screen. The screen protector is broken, but my phone is okay. Buying another set to have as a backup.

First thing to get out to all perspective buyers is "does the protective glass cover the whole phone screen?" The answer is "no"...but please read on as this was important for me too. The Samsung Galaxy S10e does have a flat screen BUT it has a 2.5 degree arch which tapers off to the sides. This was true of my Samsung S7 which came out many years ago and caused a lot of problems for screen protector makers. What I have seen is basically two types of Tempered glass protectors: those that attempt to cover the whole face of the phone screen where it slopes into the side, and those that just focus on protecting the active touch portion of the screen.The former screen protectors (covering the whole screen) use a curved glass protector which ends us having only adhesive on the outer edges, so your protector on the main screen has a tiny air gap over the actual digitizer. This in my experience solves one issue (full face protection) and introduces another problem which is less touch responsive and the adhesive on the outlying edges only of the protector is prone to your protector falling off.The latter option of tempered glass protection on just the active touch portion of your screen DOES have full adhesive on the whole tempered glass. This allows the protector to apply flush to your screen with no air gap such that your touch response is unimpaired; BUT, you won't have the 2.5 curved bezels of your phone protected.So it's a give and take for what you are looking for. I personally like this MP-Mall version of screen protection which has full adhesive and lays flush. I couple it with a good phone case with a 1 mm raised lip around the border of the phone and I'm not worried about this screen protector not extending over onto the bezels.The actual application process was easy with the guide. I DID however still have an air bubble at the top of the screen and this after carefully pushing out all the air bubbles from the initial installation. In time pocket lint and dust will get in that air bubble and cosmetically show. I'm not sure if this slight off set was an imperfection of the application with the screen guide, or the guide itself that the screen protector did not adhere at the very top.This said, I am VERY happy with the screen protector. I only would take half a star off a 5 star rating but Amazon reviews doesn't offer half star rating just a full star, so I gave it a four star rating (yet in this review now you know it's 4 and a half).No problem with the screen protector when applying cases and covers. I have two different protection cases and it doesn't affect the screen protector at all. This is the benefit of the screen protector not extending to the edges where a case or cover would fit snug. The touch response is excellent, the Oleophobic coating so far is great for keeping down smudges and smooth swiping.I would definitely buy this again, and in fact have 2 more in the three pack to keep me going for a season of accidental drops. Good buy for the price and protection.[Update 09-07-19] I notified MP Mall about the air gaps I pointed out in the photos posted and they were very kind to send me a replacement to reapply. Thank you. Very professional!

Very easy to install and very durable. Had the same one for over a year before finally replacing with my second one!

I love this screen protector BUT.. it doesn't go to the edge of the top & bottom of the screen. It comes up short by just a little bit. But that is enough to bubble up on the top & bottom edges. I rub them out & get it flat & reattach my case & within a few minutes it's back to bubbled. The edge of the screen protector & the edge of my case just barely overlap each other (probably by the width of a strand of hair) & the edges end up against each other instead.. causing the bubbling on the screen protector. Otherwise, the screen protector is great! Easy to install, the small air bubbles on the screen after installation do smooth themselves out. I only had like 2 at the curve. No scratch or smears or fingerprints even. The fingerprint reader works great.. didn't even have to redo my original fingerprint.

There's too much leftover edge for my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, so the entire protector has a perimeter that' won't stick to my phone. It collected dirt, peeled away, and cracked pretty qucik. Im giving 4 stars because I reached out and the seller made it right.

Not what the packaging says it is. The protectors are too small for the screen (clearly for another phone). When I went to refund them I had to pay for shipping, which cost more than the product itself. Save your time and money and don't buy this!

I got to be honest when I first purchased I wasn't expecting the greatest quality but a friend said it was great so I took his word for it. I was shocked with the product and quality. Most screen protectors when purchased come with nothing . Alcohol wipes sometimes. For under delivery with prime its a steal. It came with this case that slips over the phone so when you put the screen on it lines up perfectly. Also a card used to push all air bubbles when installing the screen. came with very descriptive written instructions as well as a link to a video specifically for this product to watch if needed. The nice cloth to wipe the screen was a nice touch as well. Fantastic product with a steal of a deal. Thank you very very much!

Reviews were hit and miss so I took a chance myself. Install is easy. Watch the video once through and then while you work to ensure you get it right! The frame was incredibly helpful and they provide all the tools to make it work - alcohol swab, microfiber cloth, and dust collector.It took me minimal effort to apply mine, and I'm awful at putting on screen protectors. I'm prone to dust and hair getting collected underneath but the application was flawless. A few hard workovers with the cardboard to get rid of sparse bubbles and it was all good!I feel SOOOO much better having this on my phone now.

This was easy to install and it is good for now. The issue I have with it is that it does not cover the screen fully on top or bottom, it should have at least another quarter of an inch added to it, I understand that it is a curved screen but that should not impact the top or bottom size. The edges don't stick on that well either, there is always a little bit of that lift showing. The only thing that worries me is that the corners are usually where the screen breaks and they are not protected.

The screen protector is of good quality and everything needed for installation is included. The alignment frame allows precise positioning on the phone (a product from a different supplier tried previously did not include a frame and alignment was very difficult with that product). I watched the installation video and followed the steps precisely but getting all of the bubbles out from under the protector once applied was very difficult. After 20 minutes, I was able to remove all but a few of the edge bubbles and considered that good enough.I'm looking forward to many months of solid protection of the screen on my new S10E
