Genuine Soft Roller
I broke my v10 cyclone fluffy soft roller head after 3 years of use and i have been looking for replacement so i decided to buy it here. I am so glad that i bought it with this seller, item is genuine from Dyson and now my vacuum works like new!

Quality item
Its a bit expensive, I'd say £20 less would be better'. Only bought it because just had new flooring and didn't like to trust cheaper make's, the felt on the bottom of most looked like they would fall off after a very short time, maybe mark the floor sooner then you would like. If the floor was much older i think i would have tried one of the other makes, but apart from all that works well does the job... Quality Item

Impressive
We have wooden and Amtico floors in most of our house. This really picks up perfectly on these floors,and even works on carpets/rugs. Excellent.

Genuine Part of Dyson Soft Roller Motorised Head!
This is the authentic Dyson part which fits Dyson V11’s All Versions. Works very well. Shame on Dyson as they simply took down the parts support for V11 when they released the newer V15 yet still selling even older V10 and V8 model!Out of stock on Dyson’s website for a year now and also on other vacuum parts sellers website you will need to wait 6 month for delivery so have to buy it here on Amazon.£5 more expensive but I am happy to take that.

Fantastic for hard floors
Our Dyson was not performing as well as we hoped which turned out to be a combination of having an old filter and only using the standard multi surface tool. This is quieter and much more efficient on our tiled floor
